The Hu was the concert I will remember for an exceptional sound and just overall uplifting performance! They are definitely one of a kind in their genre, I don’t listen heavy metal but I would go and listen to The Hu anytime!

    The Hu is the BEST.

by Bucaga on 10/30/23The Van Buren - Phoenix

The Hu was absolutely fantastic. All eight members were extremely talented. Their heavy metal bass beats were the finest I've ever heard. All band members were masterful and their harmonies were unbelievable. The three Mongolian musicians, two (2 string homemade guitar) lead guitar players were fascinating. The lead singer was super dynamic. Three more traditional guitarists and their harmonizing vocals added extra depth. Throw in one drum kit drummer and a three kettle drum drummer, and you have beats and melodies unimaginable. This show was the last of their North American tour. I will absolutely see them next time they tour again. The two warm up bands, Nerv, and Blood Funeral were highly talented and rocking from the start.

    Just fantastic!

by Tricksy Pixie on 10/29/23The Van Buren - Phoenix

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed this show. Nerv and Blind Channel were the perfect opening bands, and were high energy. Nerv has a touch of Linkin Park in their sound, and we loved them. Blind Channel was supercharged and got the crowd worked up beautifully. The Hu…just fantastic. I missed them last year when they came to Phoenix, and I was ecstatic to see them come back. They were everything I wanted and more, and easily make my top three favorite shows I’ve been to this year.

    Great Band

by Big B on 10/29/23The Van Buren - Phoenix

The openers were unimpressive and took way too long but it was worth the wait. The Hu are great performers with great songs and energy. Would recommend to anyone.

All bass no voice - amazing band but you couldn’t really hear the vocals - too much bass and drums

    The best ever.

    by Elena on 10/29/23Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

The Hu is the best ever that I have heard of throat singers. I have a couple of other favorites, but The Hu out shines them all. I would see them in concert every time they come to Tucson, Arizona. I will keep listening to their music.

    Magnificent for all ages

by Yuve yu on 10/28/23Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

Primal visceral vibrations that pulse throughout your body with The Hu. Listening to their music is a human experience that touches on everyone’s inner warrior, and hearing it live is a goosebump-inducing experience. We don’t need to speak the same language, we just need to feel. There were kids at the show as well as older people in walkers. The Hu transcends generations and speaks to the soul. Awesome and magnificent.
