    Excellant Bowie Tribute

    by Raw Power on 7/1/23

David Brighton showed his many talents in performing Bowie's Music. His Stage Presence emulated Bowie with his mannerisms and confidence. Have seen David Bowie many times and own some Bowie memorabilia. Of note, saw Bowie twice in Detroit and New York during the Diamond Dogs tour. Always ready to attend a well-performed Bowie tribute. Thank You David Brighton!

Loved the show. The gentleman who impersonated David Bowie was great. The backing band was jammin'. Lots of fun and a truly great evening.

    AWESOME TRIBUTE

by Stylie on 3/17/23Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

Great set list, all the songs you wanted to hear. ( plus a surprise). The backup band were all accomplished musicians. David Brighton not only looked and sounded like Bowie but he had alot of similar mannerisms.

    Expected to be blown away…wasn’t

by Bowie fan on 3/13/23Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

In all honesty, I suspect at one time this was a great gig….but maybe it’s time to retire??? Talented individuals…but didn’t look like hearts were in it. All in all, it was something to do on a Friday night.

    Great concert

by John on 3/13/23Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

David Brighton has improved immensely! We had seen him 4 years ago and the performance was flat. We thought we would give him another chance. He was excellent. He did the songs well and included audience participation which made it fun. On the down side, we would recommend he lose that opening act. They were terrible. In addition, the sound technicians always blast the music. We believe the technician is hard of hearing. Thank you David!

    Great Show!

    by GlennV29 on 1/13/22Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

I don't claim to be the biggest David Bowie fan but I don't recall seeing any Bowie tribute bands previously and thought this might be interesting. So despite awful weather conditions Saturday night with freezing rain and treacherous road conditions in the Chicago area, we made the 45 minute drive to the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan. It was a relatively small crowd but they were very enthusiastic thanks to a fantastic show. This wasn't just some house band with a Bowie impersonator but a very talented group of musicians with 2 great guitarists, a groovy bassist and drummer, and the sexy gal on keyboards with the pink boa to boot. I could easily see the backing vocals on Bowie tracks being difficult to replicate but these guys nailed it! Professional musicians all the way around and that was impressive. As far as David Brighton, the guy looks like Bowie, sounds like Bowie, and is a great showman. The costumes were an added bonus that tied it all together. Even if you're not a die hard Bowie fan, this show is really something to see. I find myself listening to a lot of Bowie in the car this week.

    Fantastic show!

by Sandrucimo on 1/12/22Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

They did a good job visually and sound wise, true to the “sound and vision” theme! I really enjoyed the show and the band played well. David’s costumes/wigs and how he had David Bowie’s mannerisms down, really added to the presentation. Also, they played off-the-beaten-path songs and not just all the big hits. I really enjoyed hearing “Hang on to Yourself”. A totally unexpected pleasure! I would go see them again.
