Schitt’s Creek: Up Close & Personal on Tour
Schitt's Creek, the critically acclaimed single-cam comedy co-created by Daniel Levy and Eugene Levy, follows a wealthy family who suddenly find themselves broke and forced to live in Schitt's Creek, a small town they once bought as a joke. The series features comedy legends and Emmy® Award-winning actors Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, and Chris Elliott, alongside breakout stars Daniel Levy, Annie Murphy, and Emily Hampshire.
Schitt's Creek centers on a wealthy video store magnate, Johnny Rose (Eugene Levy), his former soap-star wife Moira (Catherine O'Hara) and their two adult children – the self-described black sheep of the family David (Daniel Levy) and career socialite Alexis (Annie Murphy). With their pampered lives a memory, they struggle to find jobs and relationships, and most importantly, figure out what it means to be a family in the makeshift but loveable town they've reluctantly come to call home.
Up close and personal with the cast of Schitt’s Creek was a true pleasure. The cast was funny and charming and sweet and I truly believed they were were having a good time themselves. Can’t wait for the next (And final - sob) season on TV!
What a terrific experience. The crowd was enthusiastic, loud, and laughing throughout. It was great to see the cast as themselves, and their little excursions into their characters on the show were hysterical! A great evening. Soooo glad we were there! Can't wait for Season 6!
Great show and interaction by the cast. Lively and funny! Fun to see them talk about how the cast was recruited and what it meant to them personally and the positive impact on their lives. We laughed a lot. What an accomplishment by all and fun to watch it grow and become more than just a comedy but a message of humility, respect and accepting others. The venue needs to better manage the bar, more support and easier access. It was a Schitt Show.
The panel discussion with the Schitt's Creek actors was very well thought out. It offered great insight into the actors' lives before and during the Creek's timeline. Hosted by Daniel Levy, there were plenty of comedic anecdotes. Some clips of the actors, some bloopers, and a musical performance by "Patrick" rounded out the evening.
What a great show!! If you’re a fan of the TV show this is for you. The actors were all so personable and funny. You know they have said the same things a dozen times but you would never know it!!!
We loved seeing the actors and hearing all the behind the scenes stuff. I would definitely go to the venue again.
The cast was phenomenal. I’m starstruck 3 days later. This event reminded me that I’m still capable of feeling pure joy.
Took my two grown daughters as we all absolutely adored the show. My oldest one had discovered the magical place first. When I saw the cast was touring I treated them happily and we loved it. Seeing both legends, Eugene and Catherine was mind blowing. We had been fans for years. The new players are now favorites as well and Dan Levy has only just begun. They were warm, engaging and generous with their time and their talents. It was great. I felt as if they enjoyed it almost as much as we did.

AN AMAZING EVENING WITH AMAZING AND FRIENDLY ACTORS - GREAT STORIES TOLD BY EACH ACTOR AND GREAT STORIES ABOUT THE SHOW AND ITS ORIGIN AND PRODUCTION -
This was a great event where not only did you get to know the back story for the characters but more about the actors themselves. Truly an experience for the Uber fan!
It got a little boring after about half an hour! We actually left when the show started the interactive audience trivia portion of the night. Yikes. Annie Murphy was most interesting because she is the most different in real life from her character. Normally that difference is expected, but the event revealed that in this case Dan, Eugene, and the actors that play Stevie and Patrick are all pretty much playing their own personalities on the show. Katherine O’Hara was great but didn’t actually have much talking time. I enjoyed seeing the clips of funny out takes. Overall I thought it would be more enlightening and entertaining.
We had a great time at the Schitt’s Creek cast event - the dialogue end entertainment was top-notch, and we able to get in without much wait time. I am especially appreciative of the patient venue staff, who helped me track down and collect my last cell phone after the show. Happy to have this gem of a theatre in my neighborhood. You rock, Kings Theatre and Schitt’s Creek cast!
The show started late since either the venue or the guests did not follow directions and arrive early. This then made the show only 80 minutes long. It's the same questions in each location and the same Family Feud game. Bad form having two shows in one day since you know they have to conserve their energy to be on again at 10:30. Would I do this again for what I paid? No.
The Kings Theater is the most beautiful theater, a true hidden gem in Brooklyn. I would recommend it for any show or movie, it's stunning!
Great event..they took questions, told casting stories and told behind the scenes stories..ended with Patrick singing his Simply the best cover..good times!
As a Schitt's Creek fan, this was a perfect show for me. I love behind the scenes details. The cast were all great. We especially loved Annie Murphy. She seems like a fun person. I recommend the show to any fan of this series.
The Show was great! The Staff was friendly and helpful and the theater was beautiful! I will always look out for shows here from now on!! Gives that old home town feeling and you feel welcome!
It was a great Q and A, with lots of laughs! Full cast was amazing- great to hear about how all members ended up on show and favorite things about their characters. Dan Levy was a great question master - hosted flawlessly !
I loved having all the actresses and actors share a little of themselves with us. And watching them showcase their personalities explained why they were chosen for each of their roles on the show. Me and my cousin are like fanatics so this was so much fun for us. If they are ever in town again; we are there!!!
