We had a great time! But - this would’ve made it 5-star: 1) Better organized entrance process - scanners didn’t work, staff didn’t know what to do. 2) Security didn’t bag check! Not good during these times. 3)More seating for VIP and General Admission. 4) Put the VIP bar back in the VIP area! What’s the point of paying extra when the bar line takes 30 minutes? 5) Have a room and party package available. $300/a night for a room? Haha, very funny! Thanks!

It was okay. The music on the patio was better than what was inside. There wasn't a lot of room on the patio to dance and enjoy the music. The bar lines were long and vip meant nothing other than you prepaid for 4 drinks.I don't know who voted on the costumes but it would have been nice if the crowd had some participate. It was a good time but there were things that definitely could have been better.

I was turned off at first given the lack of concern for Covid exposure. They do not check Covid vaccination or test status. They ask you wear a mask going in but don’t care if you remove it later. Other than that, the staff was great! The show was great! I should’ve brought ear plugs. I had no idea how loud it was until I’m here days later with a constant ringing in my ears that won’t go away. Also, I made a tab at the bar and signed out way before I left. Afterward, my card has been charged several times for I don’t know what and I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone about it yet. I locked my card and hope this issue can be resolved. It’s frustrating because they overdrew my account with all the charges. I don’t think I’ll bring a card next time I go to this venue. Overall the show was cool, it was Regard’s first time in the US and somehow this place wasn’t packed. It also took 30 mins to find parking because I don’t trust valet. I would love to attend this venue again since they do have a great lineup. I’ll be more prepared next time.
