Fantastic, high-energy show featuring high quality singers, instrumentalists, and… best of all… Tap!!
We had so much fun. Such a talented and hard working troupe. 2 hours of great singing, dancing and audience engagement. Loved every minute of it and cant wait to see them again
Thoroughly enjoyed the Post Modern Jukebox Show. Very talented performers and great venue.
PMJ was better than expected! My family and I enjoyed it. Great talent, worth the money and will definitely see them again.
Tap dancer stole the show, what a talent. Singers were all very good. They kept the show moving and lots of variety. I would see this show again.
Great choreography and energy. The tap dancer was absolutely fantastic. Lacking somewhat in song selection. I expected more rock songs sung in the 30s and 40s style which I think is your trademark. Also needs more female singers to add depth like in the clips on the website. All in all, an enjoyable evening.
This was a great experience. I have been listening to them for a few years now and was finally able to see them live. Not only was the music great, but it was a great show. These folks are not just talented musicians, but excellent entertainers!
I've seen PMJ 3 times so far. This show was great, but I could definitely tell that it was a small ensemble than I am used to. The performers were great. I felt that the venue could have improved the audio, but hopefully it's a learning experience. I hope PMJ returns to the Valley in the future.
PMJ is an unusual phenomenon -- unique sound, great musicians, generally great singers (and dancers), and their retro approach to modern songs reimagined as music from earlier eras and styles. A few people drew my attention to PMJ: Scott Bradley himself (excellent arranger and singularly behind the concept) and a few singers (especially Haley Reinhart and Morgan James). The PMJ videos on YouTube and FB are of variable interest to me, but some are fantastic. I have watched many of them multiple times and shared them with others. The problem with their live shows (and I do enjoy them -- have been to four over the years) is that there is no standard "team" that travels and no advance notice about which performers will be there. At the State Line show (Balley's), I really enjoyed about 2/3rds of the show, and was amused by all of it, but some of the people are clearly a notch down in talent. Normally when I go to a live show I know who, not just what, I will be seeing.
Such a great show!! So entertaining and they we’re amazing! Looking forward to seeing them again soon!
