PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue on Tour
Since its debut in 2013, the animated TV series PAW Patrol has captured kids' imagination and tickled their fancy in equal amounts by basing every episode around the can't-miss combination of cute dogs and exciting adventures.Â
Ryder is the young boy in charge of the canine crew, sending them off on a different mission to aid someone in trouble on each episode. Firefighting dalmatian Marshall, construction expert and English bulldog Rubble, German shepherd spy Chase, recycling mutt Rocky, aquatic rescue Labrador Zuma, and aviator cockapoo Skye are the charter members of the PAW Patrol.Â
They've been a staple of children's television fare for several seasons now, becoming a phenomenon in the process, with everything from a line of toys to Halloween costumes. Considering the amount of love kids have shown for the series season after season, it would have been a shame not to bring those characters to the stage and offer the show's most passionate fans an opportunity to connect with their heroes in a whole new way.Â
PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue takes everybody's favorite rescue pups and all their familiar friends and places them in a live onstage adventure, taking the squad off the screen and putting them right in front of your eyes.Â
The action revolves around the Great Adventure Bay Race. When key participant Mayor Goodway disappears before the event, Ryder calls upon his furry pals to find her and to take her place in the race if the situation demands.Â
Along the way, a whole bunch of the other colorful characters that inhabit the PAW Patrol universe pop up, including Farmer Yumi, Mayor Humdinger, Cap'n Turbot, Chickaletta, and more. It all adds up to an exciting, unique experience for kids accustomed to encountering the PAW Patrol crew only in their living rooms until now.
Awesome show! What a great experience for my daughter and I. We enjoyed every minute of it!
It is was fun - however- very hard to explain to a 2 yr old why only :30 show - then :15 min intermission to check out all the cool merchandise- then :30 show then over.... đ
Well it's as close to being a cartoon on stage as you can get. They use set pieces, but it's for little kids. Corny jokes and over the top just like the cartoon is. This was the second year in a row that we took the boys and they both still had a ton of fun. Merch is kinda expensive for what it is, but not to bad I guess. A light up handheld spinner was $15 bucks.
The event seating was disappointing. We were in seats 1-4 on BB in the Greenville event. Equipment was right in front of us. I know ticketmaster wasn't responsible for setting up but maybe in the future consumers should know where there may be interference.
We loved the pom poms that were handed out as we walked in and waving them about. We also did the family meal (hot dog, drink, and chips). This was a great value and well worth it! Great entertainment and fun!
My sister and I took 7 kids ages ranging from 2 to 7 and we did not loose anyone, LOL
We had a great experience with PawPatrol Live! I do wish I had known about the VIP option, or had selected better tickets. The show itself was fantastic. My three-year-old loved it. It was the perfect length, and it was really engaging. The souvenirs were WAY overpriced, but that's pretty typical. My son was so happy I really didn't care how much it cost. I will say that there weren't many healthy, kid-friendly snack options at Bon Secours (or really any). That's really my only negative criticism. Fantastic experience, and I hope to be back for another show!
My grandson who is 2 1/5 yrs. old, really enjoyed his VIP ticket to see paw patrol live. I have never seen him so mesmerized watching the characters sing and dance on stage. I enjoyed seeing the joy on his face. He really enjoyed meeting Chase, his favorite pup! Looking forward to future shows!
We had a great time. My 2 year old absolutely loved it. They made sure to include all the favorite characters, even Jake. The show itself was about an hour with a 15 minute intermission in between. The vehicles were awesome too. She barely notices the people and when she did, she just thought they were riding on the dogs!
was a great show. only draw back was length. for the price and all. should been longer
Show was great! Props were great! A great experience for my children and I. We will definitely be seeing the paw patrol again next year!
We had a great time at this show. Our kids loved the characters and enjoyed dancing and cheering as part of the show and how they interact with the audience. Fun time.
I brought my granddaughter who dances and sang throughout! High energy and lots of fun; great job of engaging the audience ! We loved it!!
I took my 5 year old daughter and she had a blast!! Very impressed with the characters and show they put on!
My 3 year old son loved it! We will definitely go again!
I fell so sad for my daughter we expected more time fun they can make kids participate with the show. I spend more than 100 dollars just in hour for that kind of show it was too much.
The show itself was what we expected and perfect for my almost 3 and almost 5-year-old. The theater worked well. My biggest complaint is the price of the tickets. The theater was maybe half full. If the price were less they can sell out. Maybe lowering them all down $20 each. It's just not affordable to take a family of four to these events more than once every couple years.
Show was great, full of surprises. Love how Ryder interacted with the kids. The show lasted longer then I thought but again was amazing. I will definitely bring my daughter again.
It was ok but not that impressive. I wouldnât do it again. My granddaughters enjoyed themselves for part of it but got a little bored a few times. They are 2 and 6.
We had pretty decent seats, but we weren't able to hear well at all. Either the volume wasn't adjusted correctly, or the acoustics were very poor where we sat. I think the fact that we couldn't follow what was going on was a factor in my grandson getting bored and asking to leave before it was over. I don't really feel that a 15-minute intermission was necessary. I guess they do want to allow us more time to go out and buy more (expensive) trinkets and concessions. One suggestion....In the lobby there should be a giant cutout of the dogs to offer a nice photo-op. After spending that much to see the show, plus the $25 toy we purchased, I was very disappointed that there was nowhere to take a picture to memorialize our "date". I tried taking pictures of the stage, but we weren't close enough to get any decent shots.
