Nutcracker at The Capitol Theatre Tickets

Dancing and customs were fantastic Had my grandchildren hypnotized. Will love to see it next year

Wonderful production of the Nutcracker by Central Park Dance! Hard to believe that the cast was mostly students from Central Park Dance. This was the second year my grandaughter danced in the production. We are so proud of her and all the students and faculty that danced in the production. We look forward to next years production. A very professional staging of this beautiful ballet.

Such a wonderful performance by all the kids! They work so hard and do a really great job.

I went with my daughter and some friends of hers. The show started about 15 minutes late, no big deal. The concession stands ran out of popcorn and were selling overpriced bags of skinny pop popcorn. My biggest issue was that the music (an audio soundtrack recording) was way too loud. I’m fine with a recording, but a ballet with an orchestra would never be that blaring/ear piercing. My daughter and her friends were covering their ears and wanted to leave. Thankfully, the theater did sell ear plugs, but overall the experience was not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it, nor would I go again.

It was wonderful going to see the Nutcracker. Parking was a bit hectic, and I had to find my own seat (there were so many people and the ushers were all over helping) but other than that it was great. The audience was considerate and the production was well done. The dancers are talented and should be proud. Just beautiful! I will be back to see again.

Love the Capitol Theater in every way but this was more of a Dance Recital for local children. Would not pay $44.50 to see this again.
