It was LOL funny. The actors were great and kept me laughing.
Fast moving - like a Rossini opera ... in and out of doors, and a laugh every second.
I have to lead off by saying i'm not a big fan of plays in general. I will say the theatre was really nice and the acting wasn't bad. The play it's self was very repetitive and wasn't really that funny. There were 3 acts. Each act was from a different perspective of the play so but the 3rd act it was like watching a rerun.
Laughed until my sides hurt! Great experience and the Meadowbrook Theatre is beautiful!
NOISE OFF, was a really good messy comedy in the best way possible. The storyline, the characters, the jokes, and sarcasm were on the nose. I love that the production team puts on amazing shows on a small scale but in a big way!
A farce with all the door slamming, unpredictability and humorous insanity that one would every want. This is a hilarious play with the cast depicting very bad actors rehearsing, then performing a play and driving their frustrated director to his wits end as they butcher the play, the plot, the set and bring down the house. Great fun and plenty of laughs for the entire audience.
What a great show; thoroughly entertaining with non stop laughs delivered by a talented cast.
I have seen this play performed professionally, and the ISU production matched that performance in every aspect. I was most impressed by the actors' diction. Words matter in this play, and I could hear and understand every word. The set, costumes, lighting, and acting were all great. By the end of the show, my mouth hurt from laughing so hard. So, for an evening of laughter, I recommend this show! Anyone who does not go see it, well, they are missing a great show! And a great deal, because this costs a fraction of what you would pay to see a show on Broadway.
