The atmosphere was great but the layout of the arena is poor. Too little leg room and way too high for viewing. Difficult to tell if some shots went in. Seats were way too high and view to floor partially obstructed by basketball goal.
This was such a great event! The Nashville organizing committee is to be commended. The family friendly activities were special. Nashville is a great venue.
The Women's Final Four is a great vacation trip. Lots of excitement in the city. This venue wasn't the best. The seats were very uncomfortable - way too small. I've been to several other Final Four's where the venue was much nicer. In all fairness, this appeared to be a much older building. The buzz within the hosting city is great, so many activities going on. If you want to see good, pure basketball, the women's Final Four is what you want to see. Nashville had so much to see and do. There was something for everyone.
I loved the experience!!! Took my mom for her Birthday! Hope it will return next year!
Game was great. Seats easy to get. Bathrooms were messy and not supplied with soap and paper towels.
The Century Tel Center did an excellent job with the event. I hope the NCAA will have more events in the area and at the Century Tel.
Team statisticians for both teams, in two different games, had to get an official time out to have player fouls, team points, team time outs and (or) team fouls corrected. In one of the games, officials were not told that a player had 5 fouls until she had accumulated her 6th foul. Points were added to the wrong team, fouls were charged to wrong players....how could these people be allowed to work as official scorers? Please do not allow these same people to work in this capacity during such an important event ever again. The players, coaches, and fans deserve much better.
The Aggiies won. What, if anything, could be better. Fantastic Experience. Great Seats. Ticket were easily picked up. Everyone at TelCenter Bossier City was very helpful and courteous. Great arena for watching basketball.

A good experiance for our first time to attend a NCAA Playoff Game. Aggies have a great basketball team with several tall players. Good Luck Aggies. We are Very Proud of Our Cowgirls and Coaches. The shots just wouldn't fall. Better Luck next time. "HOW ABOUT THOSE COWGIRLS"
The hospitality and the service was very professional. The parking and ease of getting to the event was refreshing. the facility was clean and all the event staff were helpful and very pleasant. The media coverage has been great on all the local channels as well as the local newspaper. The special interest stories have added lots of excitement in the area and encouraged many to attend the event. It has been well attended as well. thanks for having the event here.

I understand the announcers kept saying Shreveport. The 2011 NCAA Division 1 women's Basketball Championships - Round 1 and 2 were played at the CentryTel Center in BOSSIER CITY, LA not Shreveport
My family enjoyed the NCAA event, we should have more events of this nature in this area.
Personnel were great. Excitement was in the air. Real party atmosphere. Parking was good and the follow of traffic after the event was handled Greatly.
