I mistakenly bought tickets to this venue instead of the Stadium. Fortunately, I was in the shade and even in the 16th row, you were closer to the action than most seats in the Stadium. By the third round, most big names were in the Stadium and we saw #9 and #10 compete against players ranked in the 20's. It was good but I likely won't do it again unless there's a match I want to see.
The Miami Open is a great event. The athleticism of both men and women on tour is incredible. The ticketing process is never fun.
Grandstand the best spot. Big enough but also intimate to really enjoy the matches. Nice seating .. the reserved seats worth the extra money.. Overall the Miami event needs work... the food is awful and there is not enough shopping.. getting to and from the parking is stupid..
Grandstand seats were great. Best place to watch a match. Surprised how expensive water was plus the tip issue which starts at 15% to hand you a water from a cart. Long walk from yellow to your seats. Food choice was ok, again like shopping at the airport.

View from the outside courts and the practice courts are great. The food options are the worst I’ve seen at any tournament anywhere in the world. Needs work.
Skip the stadium tickets and get a grandstand ticket for the first week of the Miami Open. You may not see Coco destroy some player you’ve never heard of but you will see excellent matches with players you recognize on the outer courts especially the grandstand.
Rained all day and didn't get to see a single game of tennis. Big disappointment! Unfortunately, no recourse or refunds.
Awesome time..electrifying energy. The shops, the food court, and the outside scenery a mazing. The food options needs to be better but all in all great tournament.
While the Miami Open was a nice, well-laid out venue and was a fun experinece, there are a few suggestions I would make: 1. Open the parking gates before 10 am so the traffic lines are not so backed up. 2. I would suggest a daily printed schedule like they have at other venues instead of relying on the Miami Open app. 3. Provide non-alcololic beer for sale. 4. Changing the policy of allowing people who leave a court to buy food to come back in before those waiting in line to enter. These are not deal-breakers that would prevent me from attending again, but just suggestions that would have made my experience even better.
