The event was unforgettable with a joy atmosphere but believe there is room for improvements on the logistics. Buses or special vans should be put available for fans to avoid so many cars bring a nightmare after the match. Took me 3 hours to be back in Miami downtown after the match had ended. Look at Europe as example, on how easy is to arrive and leave stadiums…
The game was an absolute nail biter down to the last second and the crowd was really into it making it a super exciting afternoon! But getting out of Lot 42 was a nightmare! No police directing traffic, no signs to control traffic direction, thousands of cars trying to get out of one gate! Somebody needs to take conttol of this disaster!!!
For as much money that was spent “updating” stadium, it’s not as good as the team makes it out to be. Half the escalators worked. Not a lot of proper signage. VERY congested and small in the upper level concourse. Staff was not very friendly as well with a large lack of security present. Traffic is an entire other issue. No set pattern to leave like any other stadium I’ve gone to.
The Dolphins should be ashame to charge $60 por parking ( Lot 42) which is a 40 minute walk to the stadium at 100 degress . And then leave you stuck for 2 hours tryng to get out after the game .
The walk to the stadium from the parking lot was brutal. I’ve been here before, the stairs and ramps are new to cross the street. The escalator to 300 was not working… beer warm, hot dogs not cooked… elevator going down got stuck. I’ll spend my money in Buffalo from now on… GO BILLS!
We had reserved a spot in Lot 20 but the signs leading into the stadium were confusing. Also, need more crosswalks for spectators coming from lots across the street from the stadium.
The he game , the atmosphere was on point, one of the best games I’ve seen in awhile. Stadium clean , basic, decent food, small seats. Negative is the parking situation. No control, no traffic control, cops park on sidewalk and don’t don’t control a thing. They let the signal lights do that. 70 min to get to lot 42 from 1 mile away, one gate in on side street using signal, joke. Cops just sit there in the ac car. To leave 2 hrs of just sitting in lot, on way out 1000 cars , one signal no control. Disgrace by the traffic/police. They have no public transportation to get there . Must be prepared better for this.
No problems for access, the tickets in my digital wallet totally secure. In addition, very agile access with readers.
Not enough people working the team stores. Not enough people at concessions and they weren’t ready. No police presence when leaving the stadium. Took over 2 hours to get to the Uber lot and get picked up. Love the fins but will never go to another game or spend another cent.
Lot 42 was a nightmare , Hardrock stadium need to sort this out, absolutely no order or parking attendants to guide traffics, hundreds of cards leaving 8 lanes of cars filtering into 2 lanes at the gate. A complete disaster. Hardrock stadium itself was great and the game was great!
We made the mistake of not looking at where Parking Lot 42 was in comparison to the Stadium when I got the call from The Dolphins asking if we purchased a parking pass for the game. Wellllllll...it's a little over a mile from the Southwest entrance and took us from 10:20 am when we got off the Turnpike til after 11 to actually get into a parking space. We walked to the stadium but they do have a ton of the bike rickshaws around for $10 a person.
The game was great but parking at lot 42 for $50 is hell. The organization is so poor that although I arrived to the stadium at 12, it took me more than one hour to get to lot 42. Then I had to walk to the stadium and missed the 1st quarter. Getting out of lot 42 took more than 2 hours. There is absolutely no comment that can describe people’s frustration at the lack of respect for paying customers. Never again!
I'm from Brazil and it's my second time watching a NFL game at the Hard rock stadium. I loved it! Very good view even from far away, good infrastructure and I received all the information I needed before the game. Looking forward to do it again!
First time with the Dolphins of many to come!! I loved the game, its show, and the Hard Rock Stadium. all perfect! a great afternoon with my daughter!! Come on Dolphins!!! let's go Argentina
The seats was good i really like what they did to the place. But the only thing what i didn't like they took no cash for nothing, but overall we had a great time
The best moment in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everything was amazing from the parking, easy access, venue, stadium, customer reps, the game, the ambiance. Overall it was AWESOME! Can’t wait to come back😀
Pre purchsed parking through Ticketmaster for lot 20. Turned up with over an hour to spare. Lot 20 was not opened. No parking attendant knew what to do and we got sent from park queue to park queue. Finally got in parking lot and had missed half the game. I had driven down from Orlando just to watch this. Very disappointing
It was a very exciting night that the Las Vegas Raiders came to Hard Rock Stadium to end up beating the Miami Dolphins by a score 17-13. The Raiders are very hot this year with a new coach, a number of new and exciting players and they play in the toughest division of the NFL--the AFC West. The only thing that really disappointed me was that in years gone by you could always buy the visiting team's jersey's, hat's, jacket's and all manner of team stuff, but now you can only buy Dolphin stuff at the Dolphin store at the stadium at double the price you can buy it on line and with a huge contingent of Raider fans, they would have made a fortune selling all the Raider gear. Big mistake!!!!!!!
