by GWEB on 12/5/22The Andrew J Brady Music Center - Cincinnati

Awesome show !! - Mercyful Fate- show sounded great and they had a really neat stage. The opening bands- Kreator-and -Midnight- were good as well. The Brady Center/Cincinnati venue was an enjoyable experience as always. Long Live King Diamond !!

King and (MOST) of the rest of the band were awesome!

by WalkerBait666 on 11/24/22Arizona Financial Theatre - Phoenix

King Diamond's performance was sublime. The guitarist and the hottie bassist were incredible. The drummer however, completely butchered the songs. I understand adding a little bit of your own personality to another's tracks gives the music some flair, but you gotta stick to the basics of what was originally done in order to preserve the integrity of the music. This drummer completely went off the rails, and, as a drummer myself, it was quite frustrating to watch.

    Incredible performance

    by Dave H. on 11/21/22Tabernacle - Atlanta

Never thought I'd get the chance to see Mercyful Fate live, and I count this as the greatest heavy metal performance I've ever seen. The sound was perfect and Shermann's incredible guitarwork and Petersen's piercing vocals combined for absolute perfection. Made for one of the most memorable nights in recent years. Thank you to Mercyful Fate for treating the fans to this tour.

    An Evening With The King

by The Hellion 86 on 11/20/22Tabernacle - Atlanta

I am a super critical reviewer of bands and concerts. That said, I will tell you without hesitation that this was one of the best performances of ANY band I have attended...and there have been hundreds!! The setlist encompassed both the Melissa and Don't Break The Oath albums to near entirety! King Diamond and company performed the songs with INCREDIBLE energy despite the fact that these classics are reaching the 40 year mark! I was 1 of only 4 attendees who purchased THE ULTIMATE EVIL VIP Package at the Tabernacle and the experience was one I will never forget! Although it was nearly midnight when the Q&A took place, both King Diamond and Hank Shermann were friendly and engaging after playing an expansive set. I had commented on Kerry King meeting up with them in Las Vegas earlier in the year and asked both King and Hank if they were Slayer fans. They both replied yes and King added that he and Kerry have "a mutual respect" for one another...AMAZING!! Even as the crew were attempting to close out the Q&A, King was still conversing with us! I had driven from Orlando to Atlanta midweek to be a part of this event. This last night of the tour would have been a dream come true for any diehard MERCYFUL FATE fan!!!

    Unreal experience!!

    by RTZH4 on 11/19/22Tabernacle - Atlanta

Getting to see Mercyful Fate for the first time was unbelievable. The King is hitting the notes just as good as twenty years ago. Sounds better than ever. Kreator was just incredible. Very thrashtastic. Midnight was a very good opener. Got the crowd going.
