About
Lu Carter is a Brooklyn Based Singer-Songwriter. Describing her musical process as “arts-and-crafts”. Carter layers field recordings, noisy cityscapes, and spoken word to create a patchwork homemade feeling. She began releasing music under the name Lu Carter in late 2019 with her debut self-produced EP titled Scrapbook EP, Vol. 1. Since then she has released three EPs with Scrapbook EP, Vol. 2: Lost in Space (2019), The Baby Tapes (2020), and Girl of Little Words (2021).
