Tickets may be picked up starting at 9am on the day of the performance. Venue opens 1 hour prior to performance. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number and a photo I.D. Will Call is located at Longwood Gardens' Visitor Center.

There is handicapped accessible seating located in the Rear Orchestra section available through Ticketmaster.
What are the general rules of Longwood Gardens?
There are no cameras or recording devices allowed. Smoking is allowed within Longwood Gardens but not in their Open Air Theatre. Shoes and shirts required.
