When is the box office open?

The Lakewood Church box office is only open 2 hours before an event in the northeast Grand Entry lobby. Tickets should be purchased online, at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.

What are the will call rules?

Will call on the west side of the building at the Circle Drive drop-off and parking area will be open from 10am - 5pm on Show Day. Starting at 6pm, will call is at the Grand Entry.

What are the parking options at Lakewood Church?

For all Monday through Friday events at Lakewood Church, the gates to the parking garages open promptly at 6:00 p.m. For safety reasons and to avoid having your vehicle towed, please do not arrive or line up at the gates before 6:00 p.m. or park in any areas not identified as Lakewood Church parking. Observe all ""No Parking"", ""Truck Loading Only"", and ""No Church Parking"" signage where posted. You are subject to towing if parked in these areas.

What are the general rules of Lakewood Church?

Security measures will be in effect, including but not limited to hand-held metal detection and bag checks. There will be no re-entry. Flash photography and video recording during concert taping is not allowed. Additionally, Lakewood Church (“Lakewood”) does not allow animals (with exception of service animals), banners, bottles, cans, containers of any kind, contraband, laser pointers, noisemakers, outside food & drink, or any other item Lakewood determines inadmissible, at its sole discretion. Lakewood will not store any personal belongings or items of any type. This is private property owned by Lakewood and its representatives and we reserve the right to deny entry. No food or beverages are allowed in the arena. Lakewood Church reserves the right to search personal property including purses and other large bags. No flash photography. No audio or video recorders. No weapons or firearms. No laser pointers, beach balls, Frisbees, etc. No Smoking allowed on the property. No refunds or exchanges are given for Lakewood Church event tickets.
