    Wigstock

by Jay212 on 10/2/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

Yes, it was free 17 years ago, but at $99 it's still a good value compared to a Broadway show or even an off-Broadway show. An avalanche of low-brow humor. Quality & content are erratic but wonderfully rebellious, camp and blue, exactly what I paid to see.

    Wigstock was great but unorganized

by Tamareena on 9/5/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

What a great event! I wish it was run a little smoother for such a highly produced event with expensive tickets and the most expensive drinks I've paid worldwide. Instead several queens were cut, there was no meet and greet, and lines for $30 drinks were crazy long. Please, do it again! With more accessible tickets, an organized set list, more bartenders, and real perks.

Great show...too bad that all sound was shut down

by Hookem2 on 9/4/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

Location. Fab. Drink and food options== great! and lines moved well. Love the stage and large cameras so there was no pressure to be up close. What could've improved: - Listing when the program ended - listing when queens would show up - fewer queens/performers.

    Right Venue, Wrong Weekend!!!

by KimberlyClark on 9/4/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

I was there from 3-10 and savored every wacky moment!!! It seemed very pricey (I mean door and drinks, PLUS the obscene Ticketmaster surcharge. Ouch!), and it felt under-attended (I imagine because of the price and the fact that it was a holiday weekend). But it was alternately fabulous and ridiculous, polished and a hot mess, uptown slick and downtown edgy, reverent and irreverent, yesterday and today. I tip my wig to NPHarris and Lady Bunny who were tireless in their MC/producing efforts. I cannot wait til next year.... if I can afford it.

This was like Xmas morning. I only wish it had been a two day event. Love that it started st 3. Every queen was beyond. Now all we need is a Legends season of RPDR!!!!!!!!!

This show was so disgusting, stupid and FABULOUS!

by scoobied001 on 9/4/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

With a giant cast of the world's worst entertainers, Wigstock slayed the audience. Riotously irreverent, debased and vile, these messy queens know how to put on a show. I'll definitely be a return customer. licking up the putrid offal they throw down next year. SICKENING!

    Wigstock is BACK!

by DivineWolf09 on 9/4/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

The level of talent and fun was on the top tier with the rebirth of one of NYC’s cultural events. Everyone who performed gave a solid perfornance and the laughter was infectious too. So proud of Lady Bunny for giving us this wonderful gift. It was a celebration which nyc needed.

    Wigstock Wig Out

by DaveRod on 9/4/18The Rooftop at Pier 17 - New York

I loved every minute of the show. Lady Bunny was amazing. I also give 2 thumb up to Bianca Del Río. I have been going to Wigstock since the 1989 back when it was in Thompson Square Park. This event should be free and open to the public the way it used to be, the way it should be. Lots of love for Bunny for making this happen.

Almost as good as the original. It was not too over produced.
