About

KISS has been a pinnacle of live entertainment for five decades. The rock gods (led by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley) have released 44 albums, selling over 100 million worldwide. With more gold albums than any band in American history (30 in total), KISS have established themselves as one of the most commercially successful bands ever. The legends have produced fist-pumping anthems like “Detroit Rock City,” “Rock and Roll All Nite” and “Heaven’s on Fire,” and their merchandising empire extends over 3,000 global licenses — reportedly breaking sales records set by the Beatles and Elvis — with an iconic logo that supports a billion-dollar retail machine. Nowhere has KISS made more of an impression than on the road, though. The band’s theatrical stage costumes, exploding pyrotechnics, and fire-breathing choruses laid the groundwork for a five-decade run as rock’s “Greatest Show on Earth.” The iconic group’s 2023 End of the Road Tour wrapped up with one of rock’s most spectacular curtain calls at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (miles from where KISS first formed in 1973) on December 2, 2023.

    KISS final show ever

by Mich33 on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Lifetime KISS fan so of course I loved the concert. But our seats were noted to be “obstructed or limited view”…however they were great! I can’t believe the photos I got. No obstruction at all. As usual the concert left me wanting to hear more. While I appreciated the surprise interviews before they went on, that time could have been used for more songs, especially since there was an opener. But it was very cool that Paul’s son’s band opened and they were very good. And all of the staff members we encountered were so nice. 🎵❤️

    Same old same old

by WickedLester68 on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Being it was the last show and I went to both Dec 1st &2nd dates I didn’t want the shows to be a word for word carbon copy. All the hype the final show was a let down. Being a fan since 1976. I could have saved myself $1000s of dollars and stayed home and watched the ppv for what I got from this

    Awesome spectacle

by John G. on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Fantastic end to a great run- wish they had added something special as it was the last tour show ever- so that made is a bit anti-climatic. The very end with the announcement of the avatars was odd and strange.

    Amazing end -Legendary

by ChuckD on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

After 50 years it's all come to an end. KISS put on an amazing show. I first saw them on the Dressed to Kill tour in 1975. After nearly 50 years of going to Kiss concerts and Kiss Kruises, I say goodbye. The last show was full of energy lined with a bittersweet sadness. I have no idea what to do for the next 50 years 😆 Thanks Kiss!!! 🤘😛🤘

    Awesome

by Shoe on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Great show. Seen them many times and was never disappointed. Just wish they had a better setlist. Would have loved to hear "Firehouse""Hotter than Hell", "Strutter"etc. I loved this show but the best show ever was the first Reunion tour show in the late 1990's which I attended at the Garden. They played all the older hit songs! I will miss KISS! Thanks to all the band members for all the great memories I have enjoyed while listening to their musis

    Awesome show, but...

by Mike on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Had tickets in section 305 but the rig hanging from the ceiling obstructed the stage and all the screens. No notice given when buying the tickets. I Ended up buying resale tickets last minute so I could actually see the show. Awesome show, bad ticket purchase experience.

    The end of an era

by Danbo on 12/5/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I travelled to New York to see Kiss perform at Madison Square Garden. This was no ordinary concert, this was the bands final bow after 50 years of over the top, loud, explosive, exciting, energetic live performances. Having seen them for the first time in 1984 (during the period when they had taken off the make up), I saw them over the year both in and out of make-up and I have to say, the show was always fantastic. This show, however had the added dimension of emotion given that I will now never get to see the band play live again. Indeed, at one point Paul did seem to have a tear in his eye and a crack in his voice as he recalled their first appearance at MSG, a similar emotional response to my own by the end of the show. Thank you Kiss, thank you for the many years of joy that your performances have given to me and to millions across the world. Your like will probably never be seen again.

Good show but please stop smoking in the seats

by Emily R on 12/4/23Allstate Arena - Rosemont

Band and show were awesome. Very glad I got to see KISS on their final tour. A few things about the venue bugged me: (1) the indoor smoking ban wasn't enforced by staff. Concert goers in section 103 were smoking during the entire show. Staff were close by and I'm sure they noticed but they did nothing. I know it's a rock concert, but second-hand smoke of any type is unhealthy and it's a big drag when smoke is drifting towards you for hours. (2) there are bottlenecks inside the venue which make getting from one section or entrance to another very nerve-wracking and time-consuming, especially if it is a high-demand event and there is a long merch line. Very poor and unsafe design. (3) we had a friend drop us off and pick us up so we didn't have to mess with parking, but there wasn't a convenient place for him to wait for us to come out. By this point the venue should have an official rideshare area.

    Awesome show badly managed

by Jiyo on 12/4/23Madison Square Garden - New York

The overall kiss show was amazing, but kiss wanted all their fans to be able to leave both nights with commemorative golden ticket collectible and because security was so persistent in pushing people to the exit, many of us never never knew or received our souvenir either nights. I paid thousands of dollars to see both nights and to be treated rudely when we tried to ask about the souvenir and get pushed out the door was very disappointing. Anyone who didn't get a golden should be asked to get one to make it right.
