    FUN!

by KS in VA on 3/27/24EagleBank Arena - Fairfax

We had so much fun at this event. The boys (8, 8 & 7) were literally on the edge of their seat. They really enjoyed it and so did we older types. Fun, fun, fun!

    Great show

by Peter G on 3/26/24EagleBank Arena - Fairfax

Great show, the kids loved it. As for Eagle Bank Arena, I can't imagine 40% of people were happy with their seats. The angle of elevation and the low hanging equipment made seeing the video screen nearly impossible for a large section of the audience. But the kids were enthralled.

4 year old twins loved it We had very good seats and the actors spoke to the kids . They loved all the dinosaurs I only wish they had informed us what time the preshow portion was as we arrived 30 mins before the show started and could not participate Over all very worthwhile

    Perfect for older kids, too!

by Mom of a Big Kid on 3/26/24EagleBank Arena - Fairfax

My 11-year-old son loved the show! He was amazed by the explosions and fire and impressed by the stunts. We both had a lot of fun. He even said that he loved the storyline more than any of the actual movies. When we arrived at the event, I noticed that most families had very young kids with them and I started to get worried that maybe my kid was going to be too mature to have fun. I did not find that to be the case at all! By the end, I thought that the show might even have been a little too long, loud, and scary for very small children who might get scared or might be bored with the dialog of the 2-hour show.

    Awesome show!

    by Ben on 3/25/24

This show was awesome! My wife, my thee kids (ages 4,6, 8) and I all loved it! The dinosaurs looked real, the action was great and the stage props were terrific. The cast and choreography were professional. I couldn’t be happier. We would see it again if we had the opportunity. Don’t miss it!

    Waste of money

    by LeopardLady on 3/24/24

If you sit in the balcony (anywhere above row M), you will miss half the show because they don't raise the lights. There are screens at the far end you won't be able to see. I'm incredibly disappointed that this wasn't disclosed. They should not be selling tickets above row M. My son missed half the experience. Don't waste your money.

    Awesome show!

    by Tee on 3/23/24

My 9 year old son who still loves Dinosaurs truly enjoyed the show. He said his favorite part was the t-rex and the indominus Rex. My husband and I enjoyed the show as well. My husband said it was one of the best Dino live show experience he’s been to. I would go again when it returns for sure. I didn’t experience any issues entering the facility and we attended the preshow as well. Great experience overall.

    Horrible

by Cp on 3/21/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

Show started 1 hour late and mid show they experienced a technical difficulty with the T-Rex he completely shut off. as he was facing children mouth completely open and stuck. This was a horrible experience for my child. People started to leave early they were not able to fix the trex and the show ended about 15 min after that.

Loved the Show- hated the venue

by CO YOUTH on 3/21/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

The Jurassic Live Tour was great. Our youth and staff truly enjoyed the entertainment. The venue is beautiful but the rules regarding bags are totally ridiculous especially if you have a small child or someone who requires medicine and are disabled. The prices are absolutely absurd and I honestly would never patronize the venue again. So Jurassic Park tour if your held at CFG again you can count us out. Respectfully submitted

Very entertaining for my 3 year-old son

by Justin L on 3/21/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

We didn’t know what to expect from Jurassic World Live. But the production and story was very well done. Entertaining for all ages but my 3 year-old especially loved it due to his love of dinosaurs. I was pleasantly surprised by the T-Rex appearance because I had read some reviews that it would make only a small appearance with just its head appearing from the side of the stage. But the T-Rex came out during our show and walked around the arena stage. It was a great finale to the show.

    Wasn’t worth the hype

by TeenNic96 on 3/20/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

The show was very lack luster. There was more talking than dinosaurs. The dinosaurs were very unrealistic and the star of the show, the T-Rex, got stuck with in a minute of it hitting the stage! Couldn’t keep up with what was going on and the scene transitions were not hidden well. If I could’ve gotten my money back I would’ve.

    Fumbled Finale

by Lavender on 3/20/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

Assuming that T-Rex was the well awaited show stopper, he literally STOPPED in the middle of his appearance.

    Disappointed

by Travis on 3/20/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

I was so excited to see a commercial about the Jurassic World Live Tour coming to our local arena. You see it's my wife's birthday month and she likes to celebrate all month long. Every weekend we would do something different. This was the perfect idea. It would be the first such event that we had planned to attend in a number of years. And since we're both fans of dinosaur displays, tv shows and movies I thought this would be a fun weekend event to attend. So I went online found seats with a great view and purchased 2 tickets for an afternoon show. I read in the "know before you go"commentary there would be an opportunity to get up close and personal with the dinosaurs 1 hour before the show. Woohoo!!!! We got there early. We stood in line for about 25 mins and held small talk with other event goers. We excitedly entered the arena and made our way to the pre show event area. On one side of room there was a line forming where you could take pictures with what poported to be either a lab tech or dino handler holding a young dinosaur. And on the other side of the room there were 2 full size dinos on display. I guess I expected more, but okay. We posed and snapped a few pictures of ourselves. Afterwards, we looked around for our section then found our seats and OMG!!! Who came up with the seat sizing and spacing in this place??? Clearly someone shorter than 5 ft 10 inches tall and thin as a rail. I am neither! I am 6 ft 2in tall and a lean 250 lbs. It was a struggle as I attempted to squeeze into the seat. My knees were cramped solidly up against the seat back in front of me. AND the arm rests were tightly up against my waist. Honestly, I felt like I was sitting in a kiddie seat. I dreaded having to sit through the hour + show in a cramped position all while the guy sitting in front of me was leaning back in his cramped seat trying to get comfortable as well. To the shows' credit, it did start on time. I thought to myself as I quietedly suffered to get comfortable, "I'm doing this for my wife, just get through it."But since we had aisle seats our horrible experience was also just beginning. To start, there wasn't enough leg room for others to pass by with us seated so we were constantly standing up and stepping out into the stairway so that others could get to their inner row seats. Undoubtedly blocking the view of the others behind us. This occurred frequently throughout the show as there were several late comers. This occurred in not just my row, but all around our section. What a Big distraction! I was highly irritated and completely uncomfortable! We found it difficult to connect or even enjoy the show because our view would either be blocked or we were up and down letting others get by. As for the show... What a hot mess! Definitely a let down. A half-hearted attempt at best to use the space available. I've seen high school plays better produced. From what I could observe this show was filled with Weak acting to a scripted soundtrack! I thought this was live. SMH. Weak stunts! Weak storyline! Miniscule props with terrible transitions! There may have been 5 dinosaurs used over the entirety of the show. I mean seriously, y'all could have done so much better. Between the flailing around on the "stage"and all the movement of folks coming and going continuously aound us, I simply lost interest. I didn't know where we were in the story. At some point the show went to intermission. I, like so many others, stood up the entire time. First, to stretch to get the blood flowing back to my legs. Secondly, people were coming and going to the restrooms or concession stands and I didn't want to be like the mole in Whack A Mole during the intermission. There was an announcement that the show would continue in a 3 minutes. Folks began to trickle back to their seats. I can't even tell you what happened in the first 10mins after the intermission. Rinse and repeat. Just like the first half of the show, the distractions continued. I was lost in the show. What I can remember is shortly after the T Rex came out, it seemed the show finally got to a point of interest. People were "ooing and ahhing"as the T Rex made slow turns to play to the audience. Then the damn thing breaks down mid performance. Whatttt??? We had enough! My wife and couldn't do it any longer. We wound up leaving early before the crew could begin to remove it from the floor. As we left we noticed others doing the same. I don't know how much of the show was left, but we couldn't bare another minute. We made our way to the parking garage. Arriving at the outer door, I realized I had left the parking receipt in the vehicle. I didn't know I'd need it to get back into the locked doors. Fortunately, we gained access by walking a short distance up the car ramp to the first floor where we then took the elevator to the 4th floor. We couldn't leave fast enough. I had such high hopes, but left disappointed.

Good show. Great for the kids

by Brit on 3/19/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

Jurassic world live was a great show, especially for my 5 year old who loves dinosaurs. Couple of loud bangs and 1 big jump scare are the only things to worry about with little ones. My only disappointment with the show was that the trex broke down! The actors kept in the performance, but you could it was missing its biggest star with only 5 minutes left to go in the show.

    not what I expected

by San on 3/19/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

wasn’t what i was expecting. it was alright but i wouldn’t do it again. the arena we saw it at was tight i felt like everyone was breathing down each others necks. poor set up because we couldn’t see parts of the show (due to them doing stuff in the close corner) also we all know the whole lead up to the trex is the best part and the trex broke mid fight and ruined the whole thing. they stopped the show and took him out and continued.. we could still hear him roaring in the audio and they improvised with what to do. so that majorly sucked. it was too much money for what it was 👎🏻
