Jurassic Quest Tickets at Cross Insurance Center

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. As a mom of 2 boys all things Dino’s are a must. However Jurassic Quest failed in every aspect. We had previously bought tickets and went around 10AM this morning. It was completely overrun. Staff is rude and very unpleasant. Lines were ridiculously long and most of the included activities were “sold out” before 11:30 AM. We couldn’t even do the fossil dig. We winded up leaving before 12:30 cause we couldn’t take the lack of control and the incredibly long lines. This experience isn’t even worth the long lines. All the bounce houses and “attractions” are broken and old and down right dirty. You can easily tell they do not care and this is a money maker for them. As we were leaving they were at capacity at 12:30! Meanwhile things were already sold out and the line to get in was atleast a mile long and wrapped along the whole building. All of these things are completely avoidable. They need to Manage these better. Limit the amount of people in at once so the people who are in there have an enjoyable experience. Or even so have different time slots so that way not everyone shows up at once. Overall my whole family was disappointed and we drove 2 hours to get here. What a waste. I wouldn’t recommend at all! Please avoid this place and instead try other options your family will be happier elsewhere.

Lines are too long for kids to have to stand in. Too many people inside at one time. Can’t appreciate everything in a timely fashion. Should be timed tickets.

The lines are absolutely ridiculous. Every two hours my son got to ride ONE ride because that’s how absurdly long the lines are. Like don’t plan 1-2 hours for lines like they recommend you need to plan to be at the event all day long to get to actually experience it because for most of the time you’ll be waiting in lines. We got to the event at 10AM only an hour after opening. There is no busy or less busy time. I spent all day at this event and it was extremely busy the entire time. Although with how staff act you’d think the place is dead. There is zero pep in their step and they look and sound miserable. Yes, there is a lot to do at this event but everything requires you to stand in line and the lines are outrageous. I think this event would run a lot better if they had people come at select times. This free for all is not working. On top of all the waiting majority of the dinosaurs are beat up and broken. I’m talking teeth hanging out, arms bent backwards, tails snapped, holes in them, eyes missing ect. If this is really considered the greatest traveling dinosaur exhibit then that’s only because it’s the only one.

Great experience for young ones. Family friendly and enjoyable. Will definitely have to come back when it returns to the area.

Our daughter had so much fun being able to play with dinos and see life-like dinos. Worth the price!

The event was so much fun for our 4 year old. She loved being able to ride a dinosaur and seeing life-like dinosaurs.

So much fun taking my 3 year old nephew. We both loved it.

The myriad of ways to engage was great for the kiddos! Especially loved the bounce houses.
