Joe Russo's Almost Dead Tickets

JRAD is an awesome band and worthy of 5 stars. I love their interpretation of the Grateful Dead catalogue. I've seen them several times but Feb 8 was the first time in Charlotte. I've been to the Charlotte Fillmore for other shows several years ago and thought it was OK. This time the venue was way overcrowded. There was no room to move. Even near the back it was a constant bump and grind. We eventually settled on the back of the facility where we could at least get some air. If the Fire Marshall had been there, I'm sure the show would have been shut down. It was difficult to fully enjoy the music in that venue. I will never go to an event at the Fillmore again mo matter how interested I'm in seeing the artist. Hopefully JRAD will return to Charlotte and choose one of the other venues in the area. The 2 stars were for the music. The Venue is a 0.

Great band- what a terrible venue Packed Over sold We went and saw the band the next night at the eastern in Atlanta- what a different experience The filmore- I may never go back there The Eastern- best place ever

The music was amazing…. Honestly one of the best performances I’ve seen in a long time… Ridiculous jam, these guys really bring it! Venue (Filmore Charlotte) is cool but they sold way too many tickets. So crowded it was hard to enjoy. Thank you JRAD, let’s get it right live nation/Filmore for shows in the future.

JRAD was amazing!! They're one of my favorites and put on a great show!! 15 out of 10 stars for them!! The Fillmore, however, was another story. It was so over crowded it was hard to move, much less dance. Found out afterwards they released more tickets the day of the show, and wish they hadn't. Very disappointed in being packed in like sardines.

JRAD rocked as they always do. But once again, a massively oversold show at the Fillmore. That place is terrible when it is that crowded. We left early.

Great show! I personally feel like these are the guys that will fill the void when Bob and Micky are gone. The venue they played is not the best. The Fillmore in Charlotte lives up to it's name. Fill more people than you should. Great band, great songs, and all in all a great crowd. I hope JRAD will come back and play a bigger venue. They definitely have the skill and the following. So Joe if you read this come back real soon!

Amazing show by JRAD, super high energy and great set list. And, of course, the Capitol was amazing
