I've been following Jay Shetty for about a year now via his books, podcasts, and IG. His live talk at the Chicago Theatre around his book 8 Rules of Love inspired me in a number of ways. He was interactive with the audience and the way he was able to get people to share and open up inspired me to be more curious about the people around me. He inspired me to care about the impact I leave on people and not just those that I'd want to form a romantic relationship with, but ANY relationship.
Jay gave me a new meaning for what it is to know yourself and to be a working member of a community - one that builds people up, works together to identify problems and let go of negative behavior cycles/loops, and continues to build an evolving purpose that aims to spread LOVE in the world.
Jay has a stage presence like none I've ever experienced. He had the crowd engaged and is such an incredible story teller that I can't help but share my experience with others at work, at home, and anywhere that people are open to listening.
THANK YOU, JAY! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!
