JACK & JACK IN CONCERT:
Pop-rap duo Jack & Jack drives fans wild in concert with their winning combination of melodious hooks and rapid-fire rhymes. The pair’s thumping basslines and explosive beats always get booties shaking out on the dance floor, and their colorful samples and heady production flourishes keep things fresh at every turn. While Jack Johnson handles the tongue-twisting rhymes on the rap end, Jack Gilinsky lays down the angel-voiced pop hooks on each sing-along chorus. In addition to their infectious onstage energy, the duo makes every performance a party with colorful sets, trampolines, and freewheeling background dancers. As they deliver infectious club anthems like “Wild Life”, “Like That”, and “California”, Jack & Jack will be bouncing right along with ticket buyers and having the time of their lives.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Both born in Omaha, NB in 1996, Jack & Jack originally bonded in kindergarten over the fact that they shared the same first name -— and they’ve been best friends ever since. Their first success came after they started posting humorous videos to social networking site Vine, where they amassed tens of thousands of followers with memorable posts like “Nerd Vandals”. They then switched their focus to music and collaborated with local producers on their 2014 debut single “Indoor Recess”. Over the course of the next year they released 10 more singles while simultaneously headlining Digitour, a touring music festival featuring social media stars. Since relocating to Los Angeles the pair has partnered with brands like Pizza Hut, Kohl’s, Sour Patch Kids, and Dell to produce viral videos. While splitting their time between video and music production, Jack & Jack continue to thrill listeners with chart-topping singles and energetic live performances that have fans eagerly anticipating their first studio album.

by Dad20 on 11/25/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasSound system was muffled. Hard to make out the words in many of the songs. Jack and Jack need to add their song California to the show. Not sure why it was left out since it has the most hits on YouTube! Big plus was the security staff at House of Blues- Dallas who worked the concert- they were very helpful.

by MemereSue on 11/4/17Port City Music Hall - PortlandI was not sure what to expect -- taking my teen girl to her first concert. I thought it was going to just be a teeny-bopper thing. But I was soooooo wrong. As a fellow performing musician, I was really impressed with the polish, the showmanship, the tightness of the ensemble, the level of musicianship, the choreography, the engaging connection with the audience, the incredible quality and balance of the sound/mix in such a relatively small venue. There were a number of original pieces, some covers, some debuts-- a great spread of material in the genre. But what I was most impressed with was a mash-up in which they re-interpreted "Come Together" by the Beatles-- I felt Jack n Jack really showed incredible musicality in the way they made this piece their own.

I was skeptical of the whole situstion and we didn't go. They came around again and she started begging. She played clips of their music and I was hooked. We had never been to Port City Music hall in Portland, ME but it was close and the tickets were affordable. The PCMH is small but the music sounded fantastic and the show was amazing, highly recommend PCMH and seeing Jack and Jack - they're fantastic!

They're so talented and bring an amazing amount of energy to the stage. I've never experienced something this fun or energetic. They try to connect with each and every fun. They love their fans so much and they tell you how much they appreciate. I personally love them with all my heart. But I recommend them because they're so naturally talented and they don't need auto tune and stuff like that! They're just amazing overall!

This was my second time seeing them in concert and they just keep growing and improving! Jack & Jack were hype and very entertaining! They sounded great and played older songs, covers, new and unreleased songs. It was amazing! Opeing act Olivia O'Brien was awesome too!
