Saw them the night before at the Teragram Ballroom in LA and they were phenomenal both nights! The opener was great too. This band deserves more recognition and Erika’s vocals did not disappoint!
This was a great show, the band was great, and they put their all into it, however only one long set that ended at about 10;30 was disappointing
I loved the venue in Somerville, sound and lights were perfect. The Heartless Bastards were simply amazing! A low key beginning that ramped up in a Tom Petty pace of one great song after another. Total pros from the start to the end.
Thank you for stopping in our beloved pueblo to give us a memorable show and thank you, 191 Toole, for scoring Erika Wennerstrom and her Heartless Bastards - you guys are working hard and your performance was exquisite. I think it was fifth time seeing y’all, first in Tucson. Headed out to the West Texas big skies at yearend; I know you will relate. Have a great tour out there, up the West Coast then inland, then to Europe. Great new album material you shared Monday night!
The Heartless Bastards played an incredible show. A real hard working band, they played for over 2 hours and even did a 3 song encore. Musicians were fantastic, even the keyboardist doubled as a guitarist. A real professional band. The lead singer is amazing, her voice is truly special. Bowery Ballroom was a great place to see them!

The venue sent out at least two emails stating that vaccine cards accompanied by ID would be required for entry. That wasn’t the case. There was one person at the door who did a half second glance at the vaccine card photo or Excelsior Pass. No backup requirement to show proof of ID to complement the name on the vaccine card. I appreciate the efforts taken to ensure all were safe, and thought all staff members handled themselves with patience. And when I say electric, I mean that once HB took the stage, you could feel vibrations from the floor, the air, the walls if you happened to touch or lean against them, and the brass rails when I touched them while moving about. I move about during concerts to take advantage of views from different areas and this night was truly a one of a kind experience!!
