Hadestown (NY) Tickets

Theatre was small enough that all the seats were great. The music and singing was amazing, reminiscent of New Orleans street jazz with some steam punk mixed in. Loved all of it!

The show was excellent! Unique storyline great characters, great singing. Saw it twice and Im gonna see it one more time. Better view from mezzanine.

Tickets were a gift for my daughter who has lived this music and story for several years. We enjoyed the show so much! It now ranks top on our list of favorite musical. The Walter Kerr was a wonderful venue!

This is a show not to miss. The music is stunningly beautiful and flawlessly performed by an exceedingly talented cast. Great staging and dancing. This is is a wonderful show and no second fiddle to the Hamilton’s and Les Miserables of the stage.

An interesting and easy to follow retelling of one of the Greek myths. Each of the cast members perfectly embrace and enhance their role. I highly recommend it.

Loved the music, the story and the acting. We did not like the actor in the role of Orpheus though. Very weak acting, the guy would be good for Peter Parker, but there is not one inch of sexy or brave in him. Not a good choice for Orpheus.

I have been to a variety of shows on Broadway over the years and this was certainly among the best ever! Very creative music with a great band too!

Good performance. Great music, show starts slow, but builds. The Announcer is great. The finale before intermission is strong and timely. I would recommend this musical.

The seats we had were great. The energy of the cast was electric. The voices, staging and pace of this show was truly excellent. If there is only time for one musical, make it this one!

My roommate and I have been listening to this soundtrack for the past 1.5 years and finally were able to make it up to NYC, and we were NOT disappointed. It lived up to everything we had imagined. It is performed in a small and intimate theatre, which only adds to the already incredible writing and performances. While it's a sad story, the singing is superb and the energy and execution of all the cast members characters were done flawlessly. We also loved that the band was a part of the set. Would gladly see this over and over again!

The show hooks you from the moment the music starts and the entire experience was beautiful. The acting was first rate and it’s understandable why it won as many awards as it did. I would see it again and again.
