  • Fan-to-Fan Resale may be removed at any time at the event, tour or venue's discretion.
  • Not all events or tickets are available for Fan-to-Fan Resale. If you don't see a "Sell" button, selling your tickets through Ticketmaster is not available.
  • Tickets purchased over the phone with Ticketmaster or through a third party are not available for Fan-to-Fan Resale through Ticketmaster.
  • In order to resell your tickets for events in the US, you must have a US bank account.

Edit or remove a listing

  2. Click the "Edit" or "Remove" button.
  3. Select the ticket(s) you'd like to Edit or Remove.
  4. Review and complete.

Please note: At times, the face value of a ticket is the minimum price a ticket can be resold for. This may be restricted by the venue, artist or promoter of the event at their own discretion.

How and when do I get paid after selling my tickets?

If your tickets are sold, we will automatically notify you via email. To check on the status of your posted tickets, go to your Listings page.

Payment timing will vary. Payments typically process within 7 business days when listing tickets from your account. For tickets listed by entering your barcode, payments will take up to 48 hours after the event to process. For your security, you may have to verify 2 small deposits if getting paid by direct deposit.

How do I verify the two Ticketmaster deposits to get paid by direct deposit?

  1. Find the two deposits (each less than $1) in the checking account you used for your seller profile. Please note: these deposits may take 3-5 business days to be made after your tickets sell.
  2. Sign into My Account from a desktop or laptop (you can't verify these deposits from a mobile device).
    • Click "Payment Options" under Account Settings.
    • Click the "Verify Now" button under Selling Tickets.
    • Enter the deposits in the boxes.
    • Click "Submit."

You'll get paid in 7-10 business days once your account is verified. And you won't have to do this again unless your account info changes.

Do I have to pay a set-up fee to list my tickets?

Creating a listing to sell your tickets is always free. However, when your tickets are sold, a service fee is collected from the total selling price of your tickets. During the setup process you'll be able to view all of the details before finalizing your ticket listing.

I'm trying to sell my tickets and it's asking for a barcode number, where can I find that?

Using your mobile web, locate your ticket in your account and select the "i" in the top right corner to view. If you're using your mobile app, select "ticket details" to view your barcode number.

Why has my resale ticket listing been removed?

Fan-to-fan resale may be removed at any time at the event, tour or venue's discretion.
