Great location. Easy in and out for 4500 event. Event was in Nov. Was VERY cold in arena - apparently because hockey ice under bb floor. Im talking long pants and hoodie cold. Be prepared!

The tournament was great but the local pa announcer was pathetic! He was so wrapped up in HIMSELF and was bias against the Midwestern teams! NATE JACKSON NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!

Minimal food choices and cold due to being in a hockey rink. Well run event and every thing on time.

Was so happy to see Iowa in this tournament! Being from Iowa, tickets are hard to come by for big games! Living in Ft myers I’m also a FGCU fan…so I was happy they both won Friday night in order to watch them play each other!! Iowa brought in a lot of fans, which is no surprise!! Had two Ohio state friends join me for the championship game….and they have been Hawkeye women’s basketball fans over the last couple years (they enjoy good basketball) so it was fun to experience it with them and my father as well! Loved seeing the teams that played in this years showcase!!! Having a local team, and 3 ranked teams set up the tournament for a fantastic championship game!! Love watching the aggression of the kstate women, their height, and their ability to put a full stop on some of the best offenses in order to make double digit comebacks! I really hope they have an amazing season and go far in the NCAA tournament! Fun to watch teams have just as much passion and fire as the team they’re playing. It also set up for a fantastic rematch from 10 days prior. All Iowa fans know kstate is tough, and a team Iowa always goes back and forth with. Especially with kstate winning the previous 2 matchups!! Great championship game!! Thank you! Go hawks!

Well run tournament which we enjoyed very much. Enjoyed timeout games with tournament audience. Only complaint was temperature of arena which was very cold. Everyone at games was complaining about the cold temperature.

Hertz Arena is a second class facility. Extremely cold, probably because of ice rink under basketball court. Players were slipping all night. Sight lines were good from our seats. Facilities/amenities in arena average at best for a second class arena.

It was very frustrating that we were not told how cold it was going to be inside to watch a basketball game. You have to bring a jacket when you go inside.

Very easy parking and it was run very well. Everything was on time.
