About

GHOST continues to elevate and reaffirm its status as one of the world's most esteemed and celebrated creative forces. Accumulating well over a billion streams, the GRAMMY-winning Swedish theatrical rock band continues to bring the "euphoric spectacle" (ROLLING STONE) of its live shows to ever-growing and increasingly impassioned crowds, headlining arena tours including sold out shows from The Forum in Los Angeles and Barclays Center in New York to London's O2 Arena and Stockholm's Avicii Arena. In March 2022, THE LOS ANGELES TIMES reported in a Calendar cover story that Ghost had "conquered metal and the charts" when its fifth album IMPERA debuted at #1 in a sweep of the U.S. album charts, entering the BILLBOARD 200 at #2 and bowing at #1 in the band's native Sweden as well as Germany and Finland, while cracking the top 5 in the UK (#2), Netherlands (#2), Belgium (#2), Canada (#3), Australia (#3), France (#5), Ireland (#5), and more. Produced by Klas Åhlund and mixed by Andy Wallace -- and featuring "Spillways"--hailed as a "sweetly constructed rock tune" by THE NEW YORK TIMES, the #7 YouTube trending "Call Me Little Sunshine," and Active Rock #1 radio single "Hunter's Moon" -- IMPERA finds Ghost transported centuries forward from the Black Plague era of its previous  album, 2018 Best Rock Album GRAMMY nominee Prequelle--or as ROLLING STONE put it, "Ghost predicted the pandemic, Now the metal band is foretelling the fall of empires." The result is the most ambitious and lyrically incisive entry in the Ghost canon: Over the course of IMPERA's 12-song cycle, empires rise and fall, would-be messiahs ply their hype (financial and spiritual alike), prophecies are foretold as the skies fill with celestial bodies divine and man-made... All in all, the most current and topical Ghost subject matter to date is set against a hypnotic and darkly colorful melodic backdrop making IMPERA a listen like no other -- yet unmistakably, quintessentially Ghost.

    IT WAS AMAZING OMG OMG

    by TayGhoulette on 11/29/23

I went sep 12 at the kia forum in Inglewood it was absolutely amazing!!! my first concert ever. I've found out about ghost last year and loved them ever since! It was an absolutely amazing show with all my favorite songs. my favorites that I saw was twenties and if you have ghosts. my dad is now getting into ghost because he came with me. we both loved it!! I loved it because everyone was in the moment because we didn't have our phones cause they were in a bag. I was kinda sad because I wanted to take pictures and videos of my first ghost concert but I brought a disposible camera and got a few good pics. but papa and the ghouls and ghoulettes KILLED it out there. can't wait to go again<3 I will remember this forever. (and we can't forget about Jesus aka: Kevin with his leafblower and Ashley who brought papa his stuff.)

Looked AMAZING but couldn't hear it

by LO on 11/2/23Kia Forum - Inglewood

From where I was sitting, everything LOOKED amazing (5 stars) but I couldn't hear the music over the sound of electronic haze (1 star). Like, to the point where I couldn't even recognize most of the songs. It all just sounded like electronic noise. I was so disappointed, which was a bummer bc I was SO looking forward to seeing Ghost for the first time, as they are one of my favorite bands (and I've never spent this amount of money going to a show before so double bummer). I don't know if it was where I was sitting or if the levels were off but I felt so sad to not hear the music properly. It will definitely make me reconsider seeing another show at the Kia Forum.

    Amazing

    by Dakota B on 10/31/23

GHOST and Amon Amarth both killed it. The set design and sound was damn near in your chest the entire time. Would absolutely recommend seeing these powerhouses if possible.

    Not enjoyable

by Amanda on 10/26/23Xfinity Center - Mansfield

This concert was absolutely horrible. You couldn’t hear anyone singing, all you could hear all night long from both bands was bass. I spent a lot of money to see this show and it was extremely disappointing. I actually want to hear them sing and not just listen to a pounding bass all night….. I can do that at home for free. I was really looking forward to seeing Ghost again…. But it was not good. They need to fire their sound guy. I will not be going to see them again in the future.

    GREATEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE

    by Kylee B on 10/13/23

I have loved Ghost for a while now, and was very bummed out knowing they would be here in LA and at the time couldnt go. Luckily 4 days before, i was able to get the GA tickets. We camped out from 9:30 p.m. the night prior too, till the next day! It was a long day of waiting but let me tell you, i screamed, cried, sung my heart out, danced! It was the greatest time, getting to see Tobias do his thing. I will definitely make it a goal to go to as many shows as i can next tour!

My First Ritual (and first concert in general)

by Luka on 10/11/23St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater at Lakeview - Syracuse

When I first heard about Ghost's Re-Imperatour, I got excited. When i heard that they were gonna be stopping in Upstate New York, that's when I worked as hard as I could to rack up the money to see the band. I've been obsessed with Ghost since the start of this year, and I was determined to see them no matter what. I got a second job, I worked more hours, I saved every penny while also setting aside money to pay bills. It took from February to July to save up over $800, because I was getting tickets for both myself and my partner. Despite the long trip to Syracuse and the rainy weather, I had a blast being there, and I'd love to relive it all if I could. I sacrificed so much time, money, and phone storage just to experience this, and it all paid off in the end. Plus, I got into Amon Amarth because of this. Maybe sometime in the future, if they perform again near me, I'll buy tickets to go see them. My life's been so much happier because of this, and I don't think words are enough to truly describe how much fun the concert was. The Spillways Lounge was so cool, I took so many pictures, I almost didn't want to leave, and the merch I got was so cool. I can't help but brag to my friends about it, even if they don't know a thing about Ghost.
