Gatlin released her debut EP Sugarcoated in summer 2020. It featured the single “Talking to Myself,” which has garnered over 5.4 million global streams to date. Spanning 400k+ monthly listeners, Gatlin’s first releases quickly earned her placements on Spotify’s “Fresh Folk”, "Indie Pop”, “Chill Pop”, "Fresh Finds: Pop”, "Soft Pop”, “soda”, “undercurrents”, “Women of Acoustic” playlists, as well as Apple’s “Acoustic Chill” and “Breaking: Singer/Songwriter” playlists. Her sophomore EP “To Remind Me of Home" released last summer. Gatlin will be releasing new music in early 2022.
Ticket time was 8pm. I arrived 8:32 and missed entire show. When every show everywhere else is never started on time, why now? A disservice to the artist and her fans. I'm not sure who decision it was to push out at 8pm but what a waste of everyone's time.
I knew a few songs going in and left with a whole set list of obsession. Gatlin was such a powerhouse and electric performer. I was glued to her and the beautiful energy she brought to the stage. Her set took us through fun bops to sad ballads to even some throwbacks! Stage design was gorgeous! And the band was great! Can't wait for the next show!
