    Worth every penny

by KaitlynMac on 3/25/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

I was frustrated when they didn’t have a reduced price for kids, but the show was phenomenal! My 6 year old daughter and 8 year old son were captivated the entire show by the amazing acting and singing and the special effects. The effects were so good you forgot you were watching theatre! We saw it a month ago and the kids are still talking about it- and so am I! I enjoyed it as much as they did.

    Frozen gave me chills

by Cassiopeia on 3/5/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

Amazing production. I love most of the changes they have done to the original movie to adapt it for theater. The new songs were amazing.

by Lover of the arts on 3/3/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

This was an amazing performance! The actors displayed amazing talent with beautiful, powerful voices. Costuming, sets and lighting were bang on! The end of Act one was incredible. Absolutely loved our experience! Also loved the welcome to new theatre attendees… great touch for a performance with children in attendance 😊

First broadway, and won’t be my last!

by Ren on 3/3/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

Amazing, this show was out of this world. I wasn’t expecting to like it the way I did. I’m 29 years old and frozen is legit my favourite movie, so this was just cherry on top for me!! Highly recommend it :)

    Lovely experience.

by JillAnna on 3/3/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

Took my Granddaughter, an avid Frozen fan. I liked that the orchestra didn’t drown out the voices. And for most of it, especially the solo numbers the song words were understandable. Group numbers not as distinguishable. However, still much much better than Hamilton. Luckily, I knew the plot line or would never have understood the Hamilton story at all. Let the voices shine more in the musucials.

Great show, beautiful singing, well acted

by Susan W-K on 3/2/24National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

As usual, the NAC puts on a quality show. The sound was excellent from where we sat in the Orchestra section. The singing was beautiful, all of the actors were excellent (some of them very young) and the comedic timing was top-notch. There were a couple of risqué moments - funny but a little on the edge considering the number of very young kids in the audience (dressed in their Elsa best). A high-energy and fun night.

You do not want to miss this show! It is magical from start to finish. My kids (5 & 7) loved it as much as the adults did, it's truly a show for everyone!
