About
Five Finger Death Punch are a heavy metal band founded in 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The band released their first album, The Way of the Fist, in 2007. Their 2009 follow-up War Is the Answer kicked off eight consecutive Top 10 releases on the Billboard 200, including three back-to-back No. 2 debuts for 2013’s The Wrong Side of Heaven, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 and 2015’s Got Your Six. Meanwhile, the group earned RIAA platinum certifications for their 2010 cover of Bad Company’s “Bad Company,” a 2018 remix of Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band’s “Blue on Black” featuring Shepherd, Brian May of Queen and country singer Brantley Gilbert and the 2020 single “A Little Bit Off” from the band’s eighth album, F8. Overall, 5FDP have logged 14 No. 1s on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. In 2022, the band released their ninth album AfterLife. Five Finger Death Punch consists of founding member and guitarist Zoltan Bathory, vocalist Ivan Moody, guitarist Andy James, bassist Chris Kael and drummer Charlie Engen.

Seeing Ivan perform sober is amazing. They always give back to kids and veterans. They are a true inspiration to all of us. Plus their music has gotten me through a lot

It was kinda of a let down from what i thought it would be for such a big name artist. Have been going to concerts for many years and i felt like i was back in the 80s

His sound system was not good, couldn't hear him - just instruments. Five Finger Death Punch was awesome, just wish they had played more of their hits! Overall a great concert and reasonable priced!

One huge failure was the lack of smoking area which caused guests to smoke indoors because there simply was extremely inadequate space for the number of smokers & others. This caused the doors to the smoking area (directly next to bathrooms, poor decision to clog an entire hallway with the smoking area and bathrooms at the same pinch point). In the future this facility needs to expand the smoking area to avoid the smoke entering the building which was completely the fault of Alerus Center management. It was very saddening (even as a smoker myself) to see the hallway leading to the smoking area filled with smoke, over packed and no staff to make sure that smokers actually walked outside instead of stopping at the outer doors and stopping which blocked others from exiting. Parking also was a huge problem leaving the facility. Absolutely NO left turns should be allowed when events end. Many of us did not move for almost 45 minutes for no reason except a failure to control traffic as the concert ended.
