Soundcheck Experience
Get down front and center while enjoying soundcheck for the evening's performance. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the band by asking questions and requesting songs to be performed during the soundcheck and that evening's show.

Family Friendly
• A VIP experience the whole family can enjoy. Those who plan to attend with children are encouraged to join the Soundcheck Experience. • Individual must be 15 years old or under on the date of the concert to be eligible for a youth VIP pass. • Hearing protection recommended for the little ones.

Meet & Greet

Step behind the curtain and explore the world of O.A.R. from the inside out. Join a member of the O.A.R. team for an exclusive backstage tour where you’ll see the stage come to life, discover how the crew brings each show together, and get a rare glimpse into the moments before the band hits the stage. While there’s no formal meet & greet or photo opportunity included, the backstage environment is alive with spontaneous moments. You never know what familiar faces you might pass as the evening comes together.

• Side stage viewing will be standing room only but seating will be available upon request. • Side stage viewing is only for O.A.R. and not applicable to opening sets. • Staff reserves all rights to remove any individual(s) from the stage or refuse stage access at any time for conduct deemed harmful and/or inappropriate, including over-intoxication. • Alcohol will not be permitted on stage, but purchasers will be able to come and go from the area.

Package details, artist participation, and tour production are subject to change without notice. All O.A.R. VIP packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No name changes will be permitted. Tickets and VIP upgrades represent a revocable license and admission may be refused or revoked without refund for inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with venue or event rules, or failure to consent to search or inspection. Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise included in the package will be available for pickup at the designated O.A.R. VIP check-in area on the day of the show. Pickup is available only on the event date. If shipping is noted, merchandise will be sent to the address provided at purchase and may arrive up to 30 days after the event. Merchandise cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada. Check-in instructions, including time and location, will be emailed approximately 24–72 hours before the show from the O.A.R. VIP Team. If you have not received your check-in email 24 hours before the event, please contact vip@liveoar.com. By participating in any O.A.R. VIP experience, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, photographic and/or video image, and voice in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. You also acknowledge and agree to the Release and Indemnity provisions of the LiveOAR.com Terms of Service, which include a waiver of liability for O.A.R., LiveOAR.com, and their affiliates for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any VIP event. In the event of a rescheduled or postponed show, VIP packages and tickets will be honored for the new date in accordance with the Terms of Service §§10.2–10.3. Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of the administrating party(ies). Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of the LiveOAR.com Terms of Service and event venue policies.
