The concert started at 8 the opening act was done by 830 and we had to wait until after 9 for Emerson to start. Too long between act changes. The group behind us talked the whole event.. even after glaring at them. Music was great and so was the venue.
Brad, Danick and the rest of the guys were just awesome. An absolute shame the Akron-Cleveland-Canton area did not turn out all all to see them. REALLY appreciate the energy and passion Emerson displayed through the entire set. You got the feeling it was the only show they were going to do all year. You can tell the band really enjoys doing what they do, especially Brad. Really appreciate Brad sharing the story of how he got from Portland, ME to Akron that day. Had to borrow a shirt from one of the other guys as his luggage got lost when he was late getting into Newark and missed his flight to Akron-Canton. He had to fly into Cleveland instead, found his luggage hadn't made it and seemed to take it all in stride. Silver lining was he got to enjoy a little bourbon and some great conversation with an older gentleman on the flight. Brad is real, a family man, passionate about his music and gives it his all on stage. Genuine interaction with the crowd (what little there was of it). Can't wait to see them again. Do yourself a favor and go check them out. Great band to hear live - thank you for coming to Akron Emerson Drive!
Emerson Drive hasn't toured in a long time in the US so when this should came up I jumped at the chance even with the 2 hour drive. They are still so talented and full of energy. Venue was also very nice.
From the start until the finish Emerson Drive keeps you entertained. They sang all their big hits (that alone is a lot of songs) and some of their favorites that didn't make it big but maybe should have. My wife and I will definitely go see these guys again.
Best hour and a half of straight music ever!! Best time I've had in a very long time, thoroughly enjoyed evry minute! This band just emits soooo much energy! Love Love Love! Hoping they come back again!
Great venue to see a band. We sat in the left mezzanine and the bench was not all that comfortable but the view was awesome. Great for pictures.
This was a great concert with lots of energy from the band. The crowd was quite boring, waiting until the encore to stand up at all, They resisted even through a parade of fun songs, though I am not sure how. I wanted to be standing and dancing the whole time!
Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! First time seeing Emerson Drive but I have listened to them for 9 years. Small intimate group of people. Absolutely loved it.
Emerson Drive did a killer performance at Jannus Live! Sounded great, great song selection, and lots of fun!
