EDC Las Vegas Live

While the Electric Daisy Carnival has made its way to Japan, India, the U.K., Brazil and beyond, EDC Las Vegas is the flagship event for the brand and the go-to electronic dance music festival in America. Attracting over 400,000 people per weekend, EDC Las Vegas prides itself on a vast interactive footprint at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway venue. Every part of the experience has been meticulously planned and continuously expanded, none more than the iconic stage setups, which push the limits of audiovisual technology, while telling unique stories to inspire festivalgoers. The main kineticFIELD stage has a different look every year, but it's always flanked by giant guardian owls who become part of the multidimensional light show along with dizzying pyrotechnics and top-notch sound for EDC's headlining acts. The neonGARDEN stage is the home for deep house and techno with live art performances alongside the show, while the bassPOD stage features drum 'n' bass, dubstep and trap, pumped through high-potency subwoofers. Art cars cruise through the Speedway, all uniquely adorned to tickle the senses while they curve through the LED-augmented art and flora of the grounds. The "carnival" aspect of EDC Las Vegas means rides — psychedelic carousels and thrilling swings in which to unwind from the action. EDC Las Vegas now also offers on-site camping, surrounding a community activity hub called The Mesa, which hosts everything from pool parties in "The Oasis" to workshops and workouts throughout the day. Not into the rustic camping experience? You can stay in the glitzier, air-conditioned ShiftPODs, laid atop artificial grass. EDC Las Vegas is a party that has it all and goes all night... if you want it to.

EDC Las Vegas Background

What started as a warehouse party in 1991 became a full-blown roving, raving carnival in 1997 put on by events company Insomniac. In 2011 EDC moved to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the festival has been there ever since. The largest electronic music festival in America, EDC Las Vegas has featured the biggest names in all forms of electronic music — Kaskade, Diplo, Armin Van Buuren, Bassnectar, Tokimonsta, Fatboy Slim, Krewella and A-Trak.
