Games were good. No other entertainment.
by Pablo on 7/25/19Audi Field - WashingtonThe French Professional League (LFP) did a poor job of marketing their product. No fan-friendly activities to really draw an audience. The quality of the football was good, but there wasn't anything that elevated fan interest - which was the whole point of staging these events. There should have been French food, music, clothing, wines, beers, whatever. I have been to two English Premier League fan fest events where the games were shown on television that drew about the same amount of interest. Need to have autograph sessions, French products or other elements of French culture on-site to draw a broader audience.
