The Dust3y Trio is the live band project of Music Producer Dust3y. Playing wholly original works rooted in the Hip-Hop, RnB, Techno & Jazz traditions, the trio has a fresh and authentic take on the trio tradition, bringing technology to the roots of the music. Inspired by the vast musical influences offered through the internet in the 21st century, The Dust3y Trio combines genres and tastes to form new forms of expression. The live Dust3y experience brings all the joy and energy of his produced works to a real-life setting, with some of New York’s most talented young instrumentalists and MC’s bringing the works to life. The Dust3y Trio features Dust3y on Samples & DJ duties, Micaiah Corbitt on Drums and a rotating bass cast as well as regularly welcoming in talented vocalists & MC’s to feature alongside the instrumentalists.
