    Disney GREAT, Food Service AWFUL

by EJ on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

Overall, the Disney on Ice experience was great- good lineup, except seeing the Lion King or Moana would’ve been better than cars. But, the food service at concessions was awful. The pizza was falsely advertised as Papa Johns, yet it was not and tasted like cardboard. The staff at concessions were absolutely so rude. I understand working at an event with a high volume number of people and many children can be stressful, but it’s literally their job to be working at events and in front of people. If you’re working in the front of the house and working with guests learn some basic hospitality and people skills.

    Not as impressed as past

by Sam on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

This is our 3rd year seeing a Disney on Ice show; past years my kids loved it and I myself was impressed and entertained. This show however I found was just lacking. I was bored and so was my oldest who is only 5, he ended up falling asleep. Past shows there had been big tricks and acts such as fabric tricks/swinging, or big skating tricks, but this show was literally just skating around the ice with very few jumps or spins at all and even when those tricks were done werent even great. I just expected more from previous shows and considering its Disney.

    Disney on Ice

    by S. C. on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

Great family night! Ticketmaster was awesome. We had to switch our tickets last minute do to a school function. We had friends that were willing to switch with us but theirs were on the Ticketmaster app and we had paper copies. I downloaded the app and the rest is history. They were able to transfer there tickets to us and everything was seemless. Ticketmaster sent reminders and even sent a map on how to get there. My family and I had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely go back.

    Great

by livingrich on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

We loved Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantment. This was our second time at Disney on Ice. We were in the fourth row and were actually the second row from the ice, which was really cool. However there isn't a lot of room in those seats and no cup holders. It wqs newe to impossible to get out of your sear because there was no room to walk. Other than that we had a great time!

    Too much Toy Story

by Klane123 on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

Great show as always but Toy Story section was WAY too long and drawn out. We all were waiting for it to end: The rest of the show was amazing.

    Ehhhh...

by Ashley on 1/27/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

This is our third year attending Disney on Ice. The first two years were fantastic. This year was repetitive and drawn out. Our 4 and 6 year olds were so bored after Toy Story that they wanted to leave. Frozen seemed like a repeat of last year but luckily our girls are obsessed. The prices are ridiculous.

    Underwhelmed

    by H. L. on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

It was a great show 2 years ago, but this one paled in comparison. Kids will be entertained no less.

    Let down

by Autumn on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

The Toy Story section of the show was entirely too long making the others painfully short. It wasn’t what I expected at all. I thought I would see several Disney characters and not short skits of 3 movies and the entire Toy Story 3 movie. The kids really lived it though and that is satisfies me enough. Not something we will be returning to though.

Good but have seen better disney on ice

    by T. C. on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

This was good but not great. I think the best disney on ice has a story that connects all the shows together. The toy story show was a little long. I would have liked a little more Ariel. The cars was neat. I would have liked more air acrobatics too.

Disappointed after going for over 10 years

    by Indygirl on 1/26/20

Toy Story was WAY TOO LONG! It got boring. only 2 princesses in the full 2 hours! Frozen and little mermaid was the best but the presentation was cheap. Nowhere near what they had been in the past. If this was your first time you may think it was good because you have nothing to compare to. But if you have the option for a different show, do it and don’t waste your money, see the best! Disney needs to definitely improve this one!! Souvenirs, we stopped buying them because the prices are too high especially when you have multiple kids. Sooo disappointing for them!! Disney needs to realize that and make them more affordable please.

    Too much Barbie/ken

    by m. f. on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

Waaaay too long with toy story segment. “Army guy” part was too long, Barbie and Ken were not entertaining at all. Kids started to get extremely wiggly/lost interest. Rest of show was pretty good. Remember last years show was much more entertaining.

    Disney on Ice 2020

by Phylicia on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

My daughters and I went to the 2019 Disney on Ice show which I thought was so much better then the 2020 show. However the 2020 show was still enjoyable, my girls had a blast singing and dancing and of course they loved the Frozen part. I think Disney does a great job with their special effects

    Best time ever

by Jon on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

We went for my son's 7th birthday. My son and 4 year old daughter absolutely loved it. They couldn't believe they were getting to see their favorite characters doing amazing things just right in front of them. Their jaws were wide open in disbelief. Even though my son has issues with loud sounds, the show didn't blow out his little ears while his eyes were fixed to Buzz, Mater, and Olaf. Tickets were great price for where we say. Just make sure you bring extra cash for the light-up toys. 10/10 would do again.

    Great show

by Roberta on 1/26/20Bankers Life Fieldhouse - Indianapolis

We took our 3 year old granddaughter who loved every minute of the show and sat mesmerized most of the time. She generally starts to squirm after about an hour in the movies, so we wondered how she would do. We had front row seats so she saw everything up close. I'm not sure how she'd do if we were in nosebleed seats. The only negative comment that I have to make is probably age-related. I thought the Toy Story section was a little slow and a little long. My favorite part was the Ariel section which was just beautiful. Alas, it was shorter than the others. I would have shortened Toy Story and lengthened Ariel. My major negative complaint is the extreme cost of the gee-gaws they were hawking. $30 for a wand. $18 for a mug of shaved ice or a relatively small bag of cotton candy. This is ridiculous. And, granted, you do not HAVE to buy that stuff, but it is prominently displayed everywhere, obviously because they are hoping the kids will ask for them.
