by Big L on 3/4/24The Lyric - BaltimoreI’ve never laughed so hard, Desi was funny. I’d never heard of him but my Nephew wanted to go see him. So 15 of us went. We had a blast, all 4 of them were funny, even the Host; Desi did the darn thing. I'm proud of the young man, and I'm about to watch Set It Off 😂😂😂😂. Great show, well put together. Thanks,

by Bre on 2/6/24The Fillmore Philadelphia - PhiladelphiaI enjoyed the open acts. They all meshed well with Desi's performance. I laughed from beginning to end. There was not a dry or dull moment. I am aware of Desi from his funny skits on Instagram so I did not know what to expect from him as a stand-up comedian. He did well and I would definitely consider seeing him again in the future if he came back to Philly.

by Jess on 2/5/24The Fillmore Philadelphia - PhiladelphiaDesi Banks entire set was funny and this is my second time seeing him in Philly. I got there a little late so I caught 3 openers, of the 3 Detroit Reed was the funniest. There were a lot of people in the crowd doubting Desi’s ability to perform for an hour as a new comedian but he proved them wrong. I would definitely see him again but I would not go to the Fillmore for the show. There was no heat on in the entire building and the water in the bathroom sinks were ice cold. The wait for food was 45mins to an hour for things like chicken tenders & fries and personal pan pizzas. Out of the 4 bars available only 3 were open and seriously understaffed. The liquor selection was bottom shelf only and the drinks were all juice, all ice or both. After the show my Lyft was about 3 mins away so I was standing inside by the entry way to the building, (not the showroom) I was asked to move outside.

Desi was also good and he performed longer than I expected. It was worth every penny. The show did start a little late but that was expected. I wished there was a little 5 minute intermission before he came on so that we could get more drinks.

by Desi is hilarious on 1/15/24Macon City Auditorium - MaconThe venue definitely needs upgrading but Desi delivered!!! He was hilarious and the guys on his roster was also. In fact Ronnie Jordan was just as funny as Desi was (double for our money)!!!
