Denzel Curry sound quality was trash

Aztec Theatre presented by Cricket Wireless - San Antonio

Too much treble & mid range. Enough bass but there was too much that sounded like crap. Been to 3 other rap shows here and they were amazing, this was their DJs & equipment being garbage. I left after about 30 minutes.

GREAT FIRST CONCERT

The Underground - Charlotte

Okay so this was my first concert and it was amazing. I had so much fun. When I saw ZillaKami and the first track started with the mosh pit it set a great tone. The opening was really good and then denzel started and just the way he performed and moved the crowd was really great. Overall it was great and I'm glad it was my first experienc. Security was really good and they cheaked you good but I wish I could of had them hold my pocket knife instead of having to throw it away

HYPE

The Fillmore Silver Spring presented by Cricket Wireless - Silver Spring

The entire show was amazing. From City Morgue bringing aggression and energy as the opener, to Denzel's killer songs and stage ability. Concert was insane and felt like the entire crowd was into it. Best concert ever.

Biography

DENZEL CURRY IN CONCERT:

It's been a busy few years for Denzel Curry. Since 2013 the rising rapper has released two albums and a double EP, garnered shout-outs from Earl Sweatshirt and the Odd Future crew, and graced the cover of XXL as a member of the hallowed hip hop mag's coveted 2016 Freshman Class. The buzz is well-deserved – Curry's hard-nosed lyrics and aggressive flow have been likened to Tupac Shakur, and he makes good on the comparison at his uncompromising live shows with plenty of swagger and attitude. Taking the stage in stylish streetwear rocking a head full of tight-knit dreads, Curry gets crowds bouncing with bass-heavy bangers like "Threatz" and "Ultimate." His dense verses and trap-inspired beats hit extra hard, and ticket buyers just can't get enough of the raucous party he brings to stage.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Carol City, FL-born Denzel Curry started writing poetry in elementary school before moving on to rapping in the sixth grade. He cut his teeth participating in rap battles at the local Boys & Girls Club, and by the time he was in high school he was already working on his debut album. Following a trio of mixtapes released in the early '10s, Curry put the finishing touches on his long-incubated full-length debut, 2013's Nostalgia 64. The record was an underground hit, earning praise from critics and drawing Curry out for extensive touring. He followed up in 2015 with the double EP 32 Zel/Planet Shrooms, and in 2016 he dropped his highly anticipated sophomore LP Imperial. The album featured guest appearances from big guns like Rick Ross and Joey Badass, cementing Curry's place among hip hop's top brass and drumming up major excitement for his next round on the road.
