The cooking demonstration was thorough and the food demonstrated was excellent tasting. A very enjoyable afternoon and would definitely attend again if offered in the future.

Chef Garces his Chef de Cuisine and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating . The restaurant, Olon, with it beautiful view of the ocean provided both a comfortable and visually entertaining environment. If all this was not enough the food was delicious. Thank you Chef Garces , Chef Schmidt and staff. We will be watching for similar events.
