    Casting Crowns are outstanding!

by Fan of Christian/Catholic music on 4/16/24Toyota Oakdale Theatre - Wallingford

Oakdale is a wonderful venue to see live music. The Casting Crowns concert was outstanding. I love how they each gave a bit of background history of the group. Mark Hall is an extraordinary speaker and vocalist. Their music lyrics hit home for so many people. The string orchestra that accompanied the band was just as wonderful.

    The perfect experience

by Ossie on 4/16/24Toyota Oakdale Theatre - Wallingford

In all honesty from size and location to choice of beverages and food. I think Oakdale is the best. I love the choice of concerts offered here and prefer this location for any concert. You can tell you guys run a tight ship and I appreciate those efforts. As for my time during the show, it was just awesome the dictionary provides a lot of words that can best describe it, but my brain lacks the ability to use them. I had a great time and always do when I go.

    A dream come true

by Sarah on 4/16/24Toyota Oakdale Theatre - Wallingford

I have been following casting Crowns since I was 19 years old (2009) starting with Set Me Free as my very first Christian song. I was opened up to a whole new world of worship. They really helped me open my heart too God when I was in a very dark place. I was baptized and a loving flower ever since. This concert brought me so much joy. They played all of my favorite songs and shared their voices and their testimonies with us. THE CROWD WAS DISAPPOINTING because the performance was perfect. Thank you for the entire experience and sharing your love for Jesus with us 😊

Casting Crowns did not disappoint! The show was packed with energy mixed with testimony and sharing how they began. Different from other performers, they truly have a music ministry! I was blessed to be there.

    Casting Crowns at Wallingford

    by Do right on 4/14/24

The venue is in a rural/residential area, nice not having to navigate city streets and parking was easy. The music was great as always. Second time we have attended their 20th anniversary concert series (Albany NY and Wallingford CT). Yes there are testimonials from the band members within the 20th anniversary concerts and the Compassion pitch which has been in all their concerts we have attended- but it is new and informative for first time concert attendees so we don't mind at all. They didn't have the one on one greets at Wallingford as in Albany for the VIP ticket holders with the band, but we still got to see them and they structured the time such that there was verbal exchanges with the ticket holders. I could imagine that they may also be concerned with flu/colds/covid infections from the general public which could impact their health and later concerts.

Great music with a great band!

by Kim on 4/11/24Columbia County Performing Arts Center - Evans

The concert as a whole was wonderful. The music was great. I thought they talked too long as well as the Compassion International speaker. Then there was a 15 minute intermission on top of that. All of us who go to Christian concerts are well familiar with Compassion International and the spiel for that was way too long. Otherwise, beautiful venue, great seats, and great music.

    Casting Crowns

by tenzmom on 4/10/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

This concert was amazing! Casting Crowns sang songs from their entire 20 year history. Great stories from everyone. The string symphony orchestra that accompanied them was great. Definitely a must see event.

    GREAT concert!

by Renee in Evans on 4/10/24Columbia County Performing Arts Center - Evans

My husband and I attended this and loved everything about it. Even knowing the songs, it was so much more beautiful in person and with getting to know more about each of the band members. Another thing was that they had a small orchestra with them and that added so much! We would definitely go again, loved every second!

by Pam on 4/9/24Columbia County Performing Arts Center - Evans

Casting Crowns concert at the Columbia County Georgia Performing Arts Center on April 6, 2024 was the absolute BEST. They had everyone standing up and singing along and it felt like a southern church revival. They were GREAT. Enjoyed every minute of that concert with their songs and stories. Thank you Casting Crowns!!!!! I'm a fan for life.

    Totally disappointed.

by Clint on 4/9/24Columbia County Performing Arts Center - Evans

We left at intermission, throughly disappointed. What's the point of singing Christian music if the message can not be heard? The drummer and bass player thoroughly obscured any words to the music because they were at least three times as loud as needed. There was one song where neither played and it was beautiful. All the rest was a waste of time and money.

    Would not attend again

by Chuck on 4/9/24Columbia County Performing Arts Center - Evans

Went to hear their awesome songs but spent way too much time listening to testimonials and a solicitation for a Compassion Child Penpal Organization. We left durung the Compassion flyer handouts.
