    Somewhat Disappointed

    by P-Funk 1 on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Arnez J. stole the show, he NEVER disappoints. He should have been given more time and made the headliner. Sommore and Tony Rock were very funny. I really came to the show to see Gary Owens. Just so happen I saw his "Black Famous" Showtime Special two weeks prior to this show. So, I was very familiar with all the jokes he told. If you haven't seen Gary's Special, he will be funny. The major disappointment for ME was Jay Pharoah. I saw him a few years back in Tennessee, where he had the crowd in stitches. In this show he was just loud and spewed profanity all over the place. Maybe he had a bad night - we're all entitled to that bad night.

    Okay

    by L. M. on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Sommore and Tony Rock were good. I seen Rock much funnier in the past. Jay Pharoah was a mess. He came onto the stage sweating profusely. His material not funny and distasteful. Gary Owens walked on the stage appearing as if he didn't want to be there. He used old material so his performance wasn't funny. Now Arnez J was tooooo funny. Knee slapping funny. That's what I came out for and he alone delivered. He should've had Pharoah and Owens time slots and this show would've been amazing instead of okay.

    Great Show Overall

by LJ on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Sommore was phenomenal as always. Tony Rock was at his best that I've seen him - he has always been good but this time he nailed it beyond my normal laughter. Jay Pharoh was a bit off, extremely loud and he spit while telling jokes on the people in the first row - NASTY especially with COVID. Arnez J. was great! Gary Owen was a little disappointing from my past experiences with him. Don't get me wrong, Gary is one of my favorite comedians. He used most of the material from his HBOMax special, so I knew many of his punch lines, so it was not as funny the second time but still good if you didn't see his special. I definitely would recommend the show. Thank you.

    CC Comedy Review

by Meatball on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

It was a decent to good show however, no way Gary Owens closes over RNez J He should have been the Show Closer for sure. Otherwise great show……bad seating, the seats are entirely too small and constitutional hall.

by LadyZ on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

For this being my first time in the constitutional hall building. It’s was beautiful and a honor to be in an historical place. The show was hilarious the comics were funny. They kept us laughing. The staff of the building were helpful and welcoming. Thanks for letting me share my experience.

    Headliner wasn't star of show

by G money on 3/15/22DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

The headliner Gary Owens performance was too short and his material wasnt new. I had heard most of it before.
