Bryant Myers might seem like a fast-rising newcomer in the game of Latin trap, but he is in fact considered one of the early pioneers of his genre, a movement that has peaked in the late ‘10s. Born and raised in the slums of Carolina, Puerto Rico, the Más Chiquito de la Nueva Religión has transformed his struggles and street smarts into a creative source in his music. Buoyed by grit and gaudiness, the 20-year-old singer/songwriter began churning out a slew of trap and reggaeton tracks since 2016 alongside urban heavyweights Maluma and Bad Bunny. Yet he makes a huge entrance with his 2018 full-length debut ‘Oscuridad,' which peaked at Number 177 on the Billboard 200.
