About

Bruce Dickinson is lead singer of Iron Maiden, debuting on the bands third album, 1982s The Number of the Beast. He quit Maiden in the 1990s to pursue a solo career, recording five studio albums, 2 of them featuring fellow Maiden bandmate Adrian Smith, and 3 in collaboration with guitarist & producer Roy Z. After re-joining Maiden in 1999 Dickinson recorded a further solo album with Roy Z - 2005s Tyranny Of Souls. Alongside Maiden activities, Dickinson is an airline captain, aviation entrepreneur, beer brewer, motivational speaker, podcaster, film scriptwriter, New York Times best-selling author, radio presenter, TV actor, sports commentator and international fencer. He has lately been touring the world with his spoken word show An Evening With Bruce Dickinson telling anecdotes about his life and career in Maiden and featuring an improvised Q&A session. The band released their 17th studio album Senjutsu in Sept 2021 and will be continuing their Legacy Of The Beast tour in 2022.

Incredible performance by the icon Bruce Dickinson

by Armdnrdy on 4/19/24The Observatory - Santa Ana

I was lucky enough to make it to The Friday Whisky show and the Monday Observatory show. Both shows saw Bruce and band in top form. I don’t recall ever seeing a singer put on such an energetic performance. Bruce acts out every syllable he sings with fervor. Bruce’s voice didn’t miss a beat during either ninety minute performance. It was a pleasure and a rarity to see such an icon who usually plays arenas in such small venues.

Bruce was great, but too many cameras

by Tomama on 4/18/24The Observatory - Santa Ana

Bruce Dickinson and The Mandrake Project was great. METAL at it's finest. They played older and newer music. However, the cameras phones have to stop. I was on tge floor and sometimes there was so many cameras, that I could even see the stage. Please stop filming the whole concert. Maybe take a couple quick videos or take some pictures, but are you really going to go back and look at them?

    Very entertaining!

by TLD on 3/26/22MTELUS - Montreal

Although the show started 30 minutes late and ended very late too, it was funny and entertaining! Good pace all along, and we learned many interesting things about Bruce 👍😁

Bruce was awesome. The venue was also good.

by John on 2/12/22The Fillmore Philadelphia - Philadelphia

Bruce is fantastic live and on his own is better than expected. The Fillmore is a great venue. All the seats are so close to the stage, not a bad seat in the house. The staff were friendly and there was little wait at the bars for service.

    Great Show with Stories!

by Wardy on 2/11/22The Fillmore Philadelphia - Philadelphia

I Thought Bruce’s stories told a lot about his life influences and how he got into music, fencing, and piloting. Bruce is truly a renaissance man and the show provided great insight. It was truly entertaining!

    Dreams came true

by Alexis on 2/10/22The Fillmore Philadelphia - Philadelphia

I loved every minute of this show. A dream since the release of his book in 2016. This was the most I have laughed in a long time. I adore everything Bruce does but by far this was the best. I wanna go again.

    An Evening with Bruce

by ERic D on 2/10/22The Fillmore Philadelphia - Philadelphia

I was uncertain what the event would be like. I was extremely pleased that it was basically the life of Bruce Dickinson. He is very entertaining, funny, and engaging. He is a man of very talented and yes, still has one of the best vocalist ever. I recommend to anyone who likes Iron Maiden but also anyone who enjoys a good laugh and down to earth person.
