Incredible performance. A true old time Vegas show! Definitely worth getting a table
The show was simply amazing. Full of energy, it showcased the talent behind Lady Gaga in an intimate setting. The show just exploded with an intense array of the passion and skill and showmanship of these very talented musicians. I will go again and again.
Inspiring, original, creative and cannot rave enough about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
The performance was 30 mins behind the original stated time. Which isnt a problem if you state that on the ticketing info, but we wanted to leave after waiting for so long. The audio was awful for the singer, he can sing but the mic wasn’t working for his vocal. Standing was the only option with purchase and it was awful due to crowds just drunk talking to each other during performance. The seats were $250 a piece so even if we did sit down not worth all the standing around performances on the seats. It had the potential to be very very good but it just disappointment of how much hype this has.
Brian’s show is phenomenal. His talent is amazing from his singing to his musical ability, and to top it off he’s an extremely kind person. We had the fortune to meet him at Park prior to his show, and he couldn’t have been warmer or friendlier. I can’t recommend this show enough!
I highly recommend checking out the Brian Newman after dark show at the Nomad. It's a wonderful show with fantastic entertainment in a small intimate environment. He brings on different performers so you never know what you're going to get exactly which adds to the fun and excitement. It's a throwback to old school vegas keeping traditional American music alive while playing tribute to contemporary artists. I've seen it twice and will go back again the next chance I have.
Brian Newman puts together a show you don't want to miss. I really loved that he leaves room for other performers to shine. He brought in Skye Deva for an incredible rendition of Girl Crush. We all were mesmerized. The Nomad Library is gorgeous, and a special mention for the stunning bathroom! Only downside is some seats are not sold on Ticketmaster, so I thought I was up front, but was behind a row of chairs that were added, and unfortunately behind a large man. Management was lovely and offered a better seat to make up for it, so it worked out. All in all it really was an unforgettable night.
This show starts around midnight and goes for hours! For Classic Las Vegas fans, this is as close as it gets to the heyday when legends like Elvis, Wayne Newton, Liberace, The Rat Pack, and many others all started their shows at midnight, and every show was sold out. This is the case with Brian Newman's After Dark Show at NoMad Library. Having attended this show for several years since 2019, I can honestly say that no two shows are ever the same. You never know who will come sit in and perform. Lady Gaga has performed in his show often - after all, Brian is LG's Music Director for the Jazz and Piano Shows and has won multiple GRAMMY Awards with her and Tony Bennett. Brian also has guests from other touring Las Vegas shows - PostModern Jukebox, Puddles the Clown, Jelly Roll, Murray Hill, Miss Miranda, and so many others. Guests with residencies in Las Vegas also sit in for a song or two. The show is a variety of acts and genres from burlesque to rock to jazz to showgirls and everything in between. When it comes to the band, words cannot express how SUPREME they are! The best musicians, the kindest gentlemen, the overall mind-reading between them is astounding! It goes around 3 hours with one intermission, and one is never bored at any moment. These guys have done (in the same day) a sound check and full show with Lady Gaga, short break, then go another three hours for this show, and the energy continues to soar. I highly suggest getting your tickets early as every show sells out when Brian Newman is in town.
This was the EXACTLY the experience I’ve ever wanted! Vintage jazz, improve, comedy, burlesque, table top dancing, banter, old fashions and gin and tonics. The small club mood gave this concert the extra feel that you truly found the diamond in the rough of Vegas! Never heard of Brian Newman before, now I’ll go see him any chance I get!
