boygenius Tickets

So cool to see the boys live. I honestly went just to see Phoebe Bridgers, but I now have appreciation for Lucy and Julian. All three of them are a force to be reckoned with.

boygenius is my fav band ever and it was my second time seeing them live. I ended up going with my mom, but we were seated away from eachother. even alone, i had the best time ever and I can't wait to go to another bg concer in the future.

”Boogenius” was a spiritual experience. If you get the chance to see them live, do it. You won’t regret it.

i had the time of my life seeing them on halloween at the hollywood bowl. it was incredible. AND they bought out DAVE GROHL. literally life changing. i cried. it was so good. love boygenius so much.

This review is FOR THE VENUE / AUDIOVISUAL TEAM, not for our magical sacred and beloved boygenius. Their costumes + energy + show production was 13/10, from what I could feel and see from afar. However, from promenade 3 (just over halfway up the bowl), the sound was so quiet. As my dear friend Ali put it, she needed to have an intravenous experience but instead we got just a topical treatment. Listening to boygenius in my car is more immersive and soul-hitting than the audio at the Hollywood Bowl. We could hear those around us more than we could hear Phoebe, Julien, and Lucy's voices, which was of course disappointing since that's what we came for. It appeared that the only speakers were those at the stage, but the Bowl is massive so those stage speakers can only reach so far. I feel worse for the people in prom 4 + 5. The screens used too many grainy visual effects so that we could not actually see the boys. I wanted to watch their faces as they screamed, cried, smiled, and made out , but they were just blobs on the screen and small faraway holy trinity figures IRL. Basically the pit + prom 1 had a good time but I think that's it. Anyway, all this to say I hope the Bowl can make it a better experience for everyone next time since tickets are damn expensive. The full moon + floating cross over Julien (Jesus) Baker + Phoebe surprising us by singing Night Shift made it all worth it. Love u boygenius forever and ever bye!

I went 9/26 in Boston. Literally the best night of my life. The fan project was pride flags and the whole thing was adorable. The performances of $20, Satanist, and salt in the wound were 100% my favorite. I also saw the debut of Afraid of Heights and Lucy is just so beautiful and she performed so well (like always.) Anyway if you didn’t go I’m sorry to say but you missed out. Boygenius you will be in history books. 🥹

Saw boygenius earlier in the year and thought they were amazing then but their show at the Hollywood Bowl was even better! From dressing up as the holy trinity (boyjesus you could say) to covering each others songs. This band is special and their talent is not to be missed.

Very gay. Lots of lesbians. And bisexuals. And queer ppl. Loved the gayness.

My second time seeing boygenius together and they never disappoint. They have such amazing vocals, band and stage presence. I will recommend that everyone see them live endlessly! This halloween show was one of my favourite concerts!
