Dikembe, Thelma and the Sleaze, and Laura Jane Grace were all amazing! Great show! Crystal Ballroom was a great venue! Will absolutely return to the venue, and will see all of these bands again when I get the chance.

This was my first time seeing LJG perform her solo work (huge Against Me! fan) and it was just like I was listening to her on record. Phenomenal crowd work, can't wait to see her again

One of the best shows I’ve been to in a long time. The openers were amazing and Laura rocked. The venue also had great drinks.

Laura Jane Grace brought such beautiful enthusiasm to her set and was so intimately personable! She pulled the crowd in so closely with her whole heart that it felt like we were celebrating the New Year with hundreds of our closest friends and chosen family. I definitely hope she makes good on her promise to spend future NYEs performing in Denver!

From the moment Laura walked out onto the stage, the audience began screaming and cheering, which let up very little throughout the entire set...and at times became louder than most crowds I've heard at rock shows. Her set, which was at least 1/3 brand new material (unreleased), was captivating. You'd be hard pressed to find a more authentic and dynamic person playing classic, life-story-driven rock and roll. 5 stars.

This is my 4th time seeing Laura Jane Grace, and she was wonderful, as always. Well worth traveling to Maine to see her.

After 2 full bands opened, the stage was stripped to 1 amp, a mic stand and a guitar case. Laura Jane Grace took the stage and (as if) effortlessly commanded everyone’s attention for 2 hours. Jumping between the latest 3 albums and old against me, taking a request or two and even offering a haunting new tune. Couldn’t have asked for more! Phenomenal!

Laura Jane Grace is an incredible performer. She has a great voice, is extremely personable, and fosters a very welcoming and supportive environment at her show. I’ve been wanting to see her for years and I’m so excited I finally got the chance! Excited to see her again in the future. The culture room is also one of my favorite local venues, not a bad ‘seat’ in the house, I hope it stays around for many, many more years.

I love Laura Jane Grace’s entire musical catalog. Against Me!, Devouring Mothers, or solo she has it going on! A wonderful songwriter you are lucky if you ever get a chance to see. I’ve been to ten shows of hers/ bands listed above. This time was special though, because I briefly got to meet her! She played a good mix of new solo songs and old favorites. I will run out of characters for this review if I keep going! Just…. Go to her show if you can!
