BROTHERS OSBORNE IN CONCERT:
Nashville-based country duo Brothers Osborne became one of the genre's hottest acts out of the gate. Both clocking in at over six feet tall, the brothers command the stage with ease and charisma as they tear through crowd favorites like the free-spirited "Let's Go There", the subtle lullaby "Love The Lonely Out Of You", and the booze-soaked summer anthem "Rum". Each song is crafted with catchy hooks, tight harmonies, and singalong choruses that highlight singer TJ's dynamic baritone and guitarist John's soulful grooves. Combining the old school twang of Merle Haggard and Hank Williams with the modern flare of Zac Brown Band, the down-home duo is showing ticket buyers a rollicking good time with their classic country shows.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
John and TJ Osborne grew up in Deale, MD in a close-knit family of seven. As children they formed a band called Deuce & A Quarter with their father, performing cover songs by Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bob Seger at local venues. In the mid-'00s John moved to Nashville to work as a backing musician and TJ followed two years later. Soon they began performing together as Brothers Osborne and gained traction in the local circuit with buzzed-about concerts. In 2011 Warner Chappell/King Pen Music offered them a publishing deal, and a year later they inked a record deal with EMI Records Nashville. In 2014 the duo released their self-titled five-song EP, which includes the fan favorite anthem "Rum", and finished the year touring alongside country stars Lee Brice and Chris Young. With their highly-anticipated debut album arriving in 2015, as well as an opening slot on Eric Church's The Outsiders World Tour, the brothers are keeping more than busy.

Put on a hell of a show. Entertain the entire time!
Seriously good live shows. Real musicianship, great songwriting, and one of the best voices in country music. Been going to their shows for 6 years. Always great to be at what they think of as a hometown show.
There is not a bad seat at the Anthem and this is the best country band today
Fantastic performance at a great venue! I will go see Brothers Osborne again and hope to go back to the Anthem for a show !
Great venue and an incredible performance. Everyone in the crowd was blown away.
Brothers Osborne was a fantastic live show! Their live sound very closely resembles their recordings. Biggest surprise was what an outstanding guitar player John Osborne is; one of the best I've ever seen live. Had never been to the venue before and it was also excellent. Very generous seating space and setting in downtown Nashville was really cool! Wouldn't hesitate to do another concert at Ascend Ampitheater and Brothers Osborne will be near the top of my list of groups to go see again. They should be on your list too!!
I like the Brothers Osborne's songs that I hear on the radio. The sound volume was so loud at this concert, though, that the songs sounded distorted - a little heard to recognize. A quarter of the volume would probably have been a good (and still loud) level for this indoor concert. I heard there was a mass exodus of the "older and wiser"audience members shortly after the concert began due to the much-too-loud volume. We stuck it out, but did not really enjoy it. My husband referred to it as hard rock (which he does not like). Several long electric guitar riffs - as in a rock band. The last song, It Ain't My Fault (which I really like), began at 8:00 and ended at 8:15 due to band member solos during it. The concert then ended, 1 1/4 hours after it began - with the Brothers coming back onstage for one encore song. The many young adults in the standing section (all of the floor between the bleachers) really liked it, though, according to their cheering.
this was an EPIC concert put on by Fancy Hagood and Brothers Osborne.
I have seen Brothers Osborne 5 times now. This was the best show, by far. They didn't play as many of their older hits but they played songs from their new album. And it was phenomenal. TJ's voice was amazing, John's guitar playing was his usual perfection. I haven't loved a band like this in a long time. If you get a chance to see them, don't pass on it. You will regret it.
