Wonderful show and great venue. The best Christmas concert I have ever seen. Mike Farris is great and his soul of Christmas show is amazing! The Bijou is my favorite venue by far, they always bring the best acts into Knoxville. Hopefully Mike Farris comes back again to the Bijou especially with his Christmas show. If so I will be there and bring many others with me. Awesome!!

Fantastic talent hear. Heart and soul left on the stage floor after Mike Farris and his ver own “wrecking crew” left the stage. This is a premiere live singer - have to see to believe 🏆
Great night of music with Mike Farris and the Fortunate Few. Sounded great and the venue was clean and nice. If you get a chance to see Mike solo or with a band, do it!
Mike Farris is one of the best kept secrets in the music world, at least here around Cincinnati. Despite having won a Grammy award, his concerts are rarely sold out. However, he puts on a show as if there’s a thousand people crammed into the auditorium. His voice is gritty and soulful, yet refined. He plays guitar as if it’s an extension of his mind and body. His lyrics tell unforgettable stories that connect with his listeners. We’ve seen Mike Farris three times now and every show is better than the previous one. This time, he was with The Fortunate Few, who more than hold their own as a collective and as individual performers. Bart Walker can flat out play a mean guitar! I’d highly recommend anyone who enjoys blues music with a sprinkling of gospel to soothe your soul to give Mike an evening worth of your time. You will not regret the investment. In fact, you may just gain a new favorite musician.
This was our first time at Ludlow Garage and our first time to see and hear Mike Farris. What a great concert! His voice is amazing. He is very engaging with the crowd and gets you singing along...I mean everyone was singing along! The band was excellent. All looked like they were having as much fun as we were. We love music and admire true talent. His joy of music is genuine and he conveys that in his voice and performance. Would definitely see him again, if we get the opportunity.
My wife and I have seen 150+ concerts in the past 20 years, and Mike Farris' concert at Ludlow Garage in Cincinnati ranks right up there with the very best of them. Mike gave every ounce of energy that he had for 1 3/4 hours, and his backing band was outstanding! And what a voice - wow!
I saw Mike and the Fortunate Few at the Halloran Center and was BLOWN AWAY! The intimacy of the venue just enhanced the huge talent, personality and passion they brought to the stage. Cardio for my soul!
Attended the concert by Mike Farris at the Hollaran Center in Memphis, TN. Oh my goodness this replenished our soul. What a night of entertainment. Ron’s Hollaran center is a wonderfull, intimate venue. There are not enough words here to say how Talented Mike Farris is. I’ll leave it at awesome. Thank you Jamie-Sue!
Mike knows how to work an audience!! He is very comfortable with encouraging audience participation. Mike's concert isn't just a show, it's an experience! One of the best shows I've been to in a LONG time. I can't wait to go to my next Mike Farris show!!!
