Greg Dulli + Derrick Brown = Unforgettable Night!

by OCGirlieGirl on 4/12/16Teragram Ballroom - Los Angeles

Derrick Brown - brings the 'sexy' and the comedy Greg Dulli - brings the intensity, sexual-soulful-rock n roll with some swagger and whole lot of cool! One of my all-time favorite singers!

The venue had an intimate setting with the band. Couldn't get enough.

Greg Dulli was the best night ever!

by NatBLord on 3/15/16Roulette - Brooklyn

This was the most memorable night of my life. While that may sound over-dramatic, I really had an exceptional time. I was in the front row to the right side. I started crying a few times because I couldn't get over how flawless Greg Dulli and his musicians were. I'm still smiling from ear to ear. It was unforgettable!

turn out the lights... its party time!

    by Mobtown001 on 3/15/16Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - Washington

Greg Dulli is a lyrical genius. From the moment he steps out on stage he has you and he knows he has you. He takes you down a path through his huge catalog of songs. Everytime we see him either solo, with the Afghan Whigs, The Twilight Singers or the Gutter Twins it is a magical night. Very few people are equal on stage as him. Go out of your way to see him!

What an amazing place to see live music. Unreal act, as expected. Beautiful surroundings and sound, totally unexpected.

    "There was a rapture."

    by Fasteddie2 on 3/14/16Roulette - Brooklyn

Dulli burned the house down in Brooklyn, with his gang of guitar slingers and barroom musicians. Simmering funk, hymns to the dark side of love. There was a rapture that night and I will never forget it.

    Dulli is better than ever

by Johnnyfnm on 3/14/16Roulette - Brooklyn

If there is a question in anyone's mind if Dulli is an amazing live performer then that person has never seen him. This was my tenth that I recall and have never been let down. Dulli is At his absolute finest rocking out choice tracks from all his projects over the years. And considering he had an acoustic guitar in hand this rocked a lot harder than many would expect. NOT a greatest hits show by any means. This is a show for the real fans who listen to an artists catalog and not just the singles. Setlist, in my opinion, was pretty perfect. First time at the venue and it was Great. People who worked there were very nice. It was very clean for a place hosting this sort of show. Sound was perfect. Despite it being sold out it was not overly crowded like you'd expect. Seems they cap ticket sales at "how many people are comfortable" instead of "how many people can we legally squeeze into this room" like other Venues. Perfect show!

Everything Greg does is good. Any band he is in, every live performance is just so full of heart and masterful.
