With global record sales of over 75 million, Alicia Keys is one of the most successful R&B artists of all time. Her distinctive soulful vocal style and tremendous skill as a pianist have brought her monumental accolades not only in her native America, but also the rest of the world. Born in 1981, she began playing piano at the age of seven and by 11 was writing her own songs. Aged just 20, she catapulted on to the international music scene, where she has been a firm fixture ever since.
Alicia's first studio album, Songs in A Minor, was released in June 2001, debuting at the top of the Billboard charts. Lead single “Fallin'” topped the Billboard charts for six weeks, with subsequent single “A Woman's Worth” making it to the No. 3 spot. The album has since sold over 13 million copies worldwide. November 2003 saw the release of Alicia's second hotly anticipated studio album, the Diary of Alicia Keys, which was certified quadruple platinum. This was followed in 2005 by her outstanding Unplugged album, which not only reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts but sold almost 200,000 in its first week alone. A third studio album followed in 2007, with her fourth studio album, The Element of Freedom. The release of Girl on Fire in June 2013 gave her yet another chart-topping album.
Throughout her immensely successful career, Keys has won numerous awards. The release of Songs in A Minor contributed to her receiving an incredible five Grammys in 2002, for Song of the Year, Best R&B Song, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, Best R&B Album and Best New Artist. She repeated this success in 2008, with the album As I Am winning awards for Best R&B Song for “No One” and Best Female R&B Vocal performance. In total, Alicia Keys has won an astonishing 14 Grammys. She was also named by Billboard magazine as their R&B artist of the decade for the period 2000 - 2009.
Alicia has performed with many outstanding artists, including Usher, Christina Aguilera and Lenny Kravitz. In 2008 she teamed up with Jack White of The White Stripes to record the theme song for the film Quantum of Solace. This track, Another Way To Die, was the first duet to feature in Bond soundtrack history. She also dueted with Jay Z on the 2009 track Empire State of Mind, which reached No. 1.

by Nikki on 9/7/23My show was July 3rd The 17th of September will be the 19th year anniversary of our first meeting in Atlantic City back in 2004. She was my favorite then and she continues to be my favorite now. She’s so gracious, generous and a phenomenal entertainer. It is an honor to see and witness firsthand her growth over the years. Alicia- Keys To The Summer was a fantastic concert experience and if you missed it or have never experienced her live well so sad too bad for you because u clearly are clueless to the magic that is she. She sang all her hits, some album only favorites and newer music. She looked absolutely stunning, her outfits fits were 🔥 and tasteful OUTSTANDING!!!💜

Loved seeing her at the Kia Forum and really enjoyed that she used the entire stage, so no matter where you were seated, everyone got to see her with her 360 stage design. She played the right amount of new songs along with the older songs, which was amazing. She is an amazing performer live, from her vocals, dancing, and piano performance. I had an amazing time!

by Via on 8/15/23Even though I like Alicia Keys, I never thought to go see her but my daughter is a huge fan we had to see her live in concert. It was her first concert. We did the Soul Care session (One in a Million I believe was the name) where u get to meet Alicia Keys. We got to connect with other AK fans during the session before meeting AK. During this session you get to ask her questions and take pics with her. We also received a gift bag with goodies like her Soul Care facial products line (moisturizer), 3 tokens for a free drink or snakes, and other items. During the concert we had front row seats. It was the best experience ever! She sounds good live. She sung all of her hit songs. The lights, the dancer, and the crowd interaction was great. Her voice was great, no cracking or sounds of horribleness. She danced and changes wardrobes. Her musicians got their time to shine. We stood up the whole time (pretty much). Furthermore, my daughter cried and I told her if AK tours every year, we will be at her concert EVERY YEAR! The connection, the aura, the vibes, the singing was EVERYTHING. AK, if you are reading this we need “More Keys to the Summer Tour” next year. We loved you.
